Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sans Souci

This is the second time we stayed at John&Sandy’s. If it wasn’t great we would not have gone back. It is clean and they are very quick to respond to questions. Check in and out are easy. Instructions are clear. Would 100% recommend their place when in the Greenville area.

Cozy spot with great setup for me and my friend, peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to Greenville and Travelers Rest, and state parks. While there is some traffic noise when outside, inside felt quiet. Good kitchen setup for simple meals and great air conditioning. Jake provided helpful tips on activities.

We really enjoyed our time at this comfy home. The accommodations were great. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch each morning sipping our morning tea & coffee. The surrounding area was quiet, beautiful and peacefull. All communications were prompt. We would live to stay here again in the future.

This place was great. Pretty close to downtown Greenville and Shannon was awesome and super helpful with her recommendations. The house was beautiful and super clean. Very worth the price.

Had a great stay at this adorable home! Walking distance to all the restaurants in TR. Felt very safe and relaxed. Had everything you could need. Beds for all were comfy!

The location was great....good neighborhood close to Furman University. The Swamp Rabbit trail ran right behind the house. We liked that was the last house on a dead end so it was nice that there was only a neighbor on one side. The backyard was awesome, especially for the dogs. The house was quaint and cutely decorated, just like the description. I would definitely stay here again! But next time, we would definitely bring bikes so we could ride the trail!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of spots to sit, relax and look at the view. Especially loved the screened in porch. Food delivery can be tricky for drivers to find, be clear with instructions for them. Would definitely stay again.

Emily’s place was just as described and suited our needs perfectly. Quiet neighborhood and huge fenced backyard for our pup. The deck out back was so nice as well to re organize things as we are headed back to California after being in the Greenville area for four months spending time with my son and his family. Emily is quite the host offering so many extras like dog supplies and treats plus human snacks. Plenty of extra towels and bedding if needed was so nice to have. Cleaning tools etc. Many Airbnb’s do not provide cleaning stuff and often times they are needed. The decor was tasteful and homey and all beds comfy. I highly recommend Emily’s cute little place!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Lauren and Tyler were wonderful hosts and the interior is cozy, organized, and has many heartwarming and thoughtful touches that made staying at "Base Camp" a joy! Outside there is convenient parking and a walkable neighborhood for our pups with happy, active, well cared-for kids and an older friendly neighbor to chat with. Lauren and Tyler shared suggestions for local sites and restaurants -- along with the scent of a fresh spearmint plant on the way to be planted in their garden and gave us a beautiful lily blossom that we enjoyed during our stay. At nearby "Pizza and Then Some" drive thru pick up the pizza was yum! Lauren and Tyler were welcoming, helpful and thoughtful all through our visit! Thanks so much!

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. The Hosts were very nice and welcoming as well as very respectful as well. We enjoyed our time together with them as well walking around the yard. I think their apartment is very well put together and we appreciate them with helping on the price as well as allowing us to check in early. We truly appreciate their supportive actions for our stay. Such a amazing place to stay very nice hosts had treats and drinks available when we got there. Had a great shower and comfy beds and lovely outside area wish I could've stayed longer will definitely come again....

My second time staying, very clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the road but the host provides a box fan which provides perfect white noise to help drown it out!

Navina was very communicative with us. We enjoyed her place in Greenville. It was perfectly located and everything was walkable. The condo was clean, spacious and accommodated 5 adults and a one year old. I have been to Greenville numerous times and Navina’s place is somewhere I would definitely stay again.

Cynthia's place is beautiful, and it was a real treat to walk into the condo and feel right at home. It was a very special place, so well decorated and put together. Everything was extremely clean and in great condition. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was just what my college bestie and I were hoping for. A place that we could walk to any and everything we wanted to do for our first girls trip in a number of years. We went to a Greenville Drive baseball game (only stayed for 4 innings) and were amazed at how nice the ballpark and activities around it were. We walked to and ate (way too much) at as many of the great restaurants in the area as we could in three days. The condo itself was exactly as described. The beds were really comfortable. The bath and bed linens were all in great shape and didn’t feel like they had been used for years and years. We really enjoyed our time there and I would want to stay in John’s place if I go to Greenville again.

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Michelle's studio was exactly what the doctor ordered. Attending a work event at the Hugenot Mill, the unit could not have been more convenient to the venue. And so accessible to everything Greenville has to offer. The unit was cozy and welcoming and they even went so far as to provide snacks and bottled water. Instructions were clear and easy and the king bed was very comfy. Almost made me want to skip my event 😄 Next time in town will definitely book again. Thank you!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Loved spending mornings on porch with coffee and the birds. We enjoyed dinners at the club and lunches at the bistro onsite too.

Amanda was great and the space was perfect. Right in the middle of everything- never moved my car after parking. Will definitely stay here again on a future Greenville trip
