Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sans Souci

We loved our stay at Justin's place. It is just as the pictures show, and is directly on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. We took our dog for walks, and it was easy to bike to restaurants or parks. Justin was very responsive when we had a minor maintenance issue during our stay and he arranged for someone to come out the next day. We would definitely stay here again!

Very peaceful! Everything you needed was there, wished the fridge and freezer worked but a very convenient place so close to downtown

Daniel's place was perfect for our trip. We've stayed 3 times, and it always delivers. Spacious. Very clean. Showers have great temperature control and pressure. Air conditioning works well. Will definitely stay here when we are back in town.

The house was impecably clean, very nice - two bedrooms, modern bath, living, dining, kitchen. Location was perfect for us as it is just minutes to the Furman University campus.

Great little house that was perfect for our small family. The toys in the kids bedroom closet were a big hit and so appreciated! The kids also loved the fenced in yard as well. Super location close to restaurants or anything you may need. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Kathy is an amazing host, and the accommodations are exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to extend another night! Very welcoming peaceful surroundings. Gorgeous stone FP and kitchen backsplash. Decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were excellent. We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed with treats and a dog toy. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to Brevard and the surrounding areas. We will stay again when in the neighborhood. my stay at Tracy's not only met but exceeded my expectations, in fact I got so comfortable after a while I forgot I was in an Airbnb and started to actually think it was mine. comfortable and clean I got a fantastic night's sleep every night and the location was great to get anywhere I needed to go and Tracy is a terrific host she's friendly and anything I needed she was on point to help out. definitely recommend....

This our second stay here and it was as good as the first. Gear6 is very quick and responsive if we had questions. Unit was as pictured-very clean/nice! It’s very accessible to downtown Greenville by car or Uber. There is a fabulous restaurant (Mill City Kitchen/Wine) in the Mill with amazing food and wine. There is also a brewery, event space and small market. Very nice unit/stay! Would definitely book this again!…Until next time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one concern early on in our stay and James went above and beyond in resolving it. He was very responsive to any of our inquiries. Excellent location, we had a great time.

We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!
