Welcome to my Cozy studio with a King bed and 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away. Please inform me if traveling with pets, fee will be added.

My 50's cottage is charming and cozy, renovated bath and kitchen, very clean and convenient to downtown, Traveler's Rest & Furman University. Located in a quiet space with parking right beside the cottage. We are a straight shot to downtown Greenville in about 7 minutes. I listen to my awesome guests and have made a few recent updates: new electrical outlets in bathroom, new larger hot water heater for longer showers and now a Kitchen is equipped with a cusinart oven, induction top/microwave

2:1 Bunkroom Bungalow - Run Down Area

Caution: Several Guests have noted and given low reviews due to the neighborhood: "neighborhood was run down" "surrounding area was a little uncomfortable" "unfortunately, the area that kills the charm of the unit" This bungalow is an 8 minutes uber to downtown. "The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
