One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

We spent a few nice days in the Black Forest. Dominik's apartment is a real highlight - lovingly, thoughtfully and luxuriously furnished. It was very clean and we didn't miss anything! Thank you!

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hartmut and the accommodation. Was our 1st time at an AirBnB and a lovely experience. Mr. Hartmut apparently has not received such good reviews for nothing. He always seemed very straightforward and friendly. Makes it all very transparent and fair. In our 4 days and 3 nights we felt comfortable and can't complain about the price, cleanliness and performance at all. Just great, no lie. Thanks again for a nice time.

we were guests of Anita for a long weekend, took excursions by bike and car to VS. the apartment is outside Donaueschingen, very quiet. we enjoyed the time with and especially with Anita with her support. great base for both cities and the Black Forest

Gabi's house is like being at home. She is a Host who pays attention to small details, the house is equipped with everything you need. Small treat...being Italian, Gabi made us find a note attached to the window of the house WELCOME YOU HAVE ARRIVED IN THE RIGHT PLACE! Well done Gabi your cottage is delicious!!!! Those who want peace and quiet will find what they are looking for. It is a great starting point for admiring the beauties of the Black Forest, such as Triberg and its waterfall, and for getting to Freiburg in about 40 minutes. You also have to visit Lake Titisee and the beauty of the surrounding places. If you want a good pizza (wood oven) I recommend Da Domenico, 15 minutes away in Brigachtal. On Saturdays and Sundays, the premises are almost all closed, this is open. BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY thanks Gabi

Highly recommend this place! The place and hosts are so welcoming and setting is stunning. One could spend a long time there and still not see everything in the area - it’s a great location to go and explore from. But staying in is great too, we didn’t even want to leave the cozy wintergarden with views of fields full of wildflowers. And the place is very comfortable. Loved it.

The simple and flexible check-in was great. The amenities, the possibility of taking other pillows (layers covered in the closet) Our bikes were safely and comfortably accommodated, right next to the apartment. Modern, quiet surroundings. Balcony with seating. Coffee ☕️ Thank you 🙏

We really enjoyed this enchanting top location, where you can find peace, nature and a magnificent view. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you needed and Iris is a great hostess, where you feel welcome and she provides tips, even arranged the sauna towels for us for a day of wellness nearby. Nice area with idyllic villages, but especially beautiful nature. For us, it felt like a magical place where we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves from the first day. Thank you so much Iris! You're a top woman! We'd love to come back ;-)))

We spent an extended weekend here and are very happy with the accommodation. Everything matches the description, the place is very clean, nicely decorated and well-maintained. We recommend the place!

Very nice apartment and excellent hosts. Rules on the pool seemed a little over the top, was the only very minor negative.

The apartment "Seerose" is easily accessible. It is actually much more cozy than in the photos. The facility leaves almost nothing to be desired. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals, there are many spices, vinegar and olive oil available. A small hi-fi system and a large flat screen are also included. You can enjoy a lot of peace and quiet and relax. A small terrace with garden access completes the experience. The Titisee is within walking distance. Many destinations are not too far away. I would especially like to emphasize that Michael answers every "trivial" question, almost in real time, very kindly. Conclusion: If the access to the terrace is still made barrier-free, a fly screen is installed, more sharp knives are in the box, and another small pan in the cupboard, that would be great. We were allowed to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. The pool and the nearby Rhine were ideal for cooling off. In addition to the comfortable bed, we also appreciated the other high-quality amenities. It was right from A-Z, thank you so much

Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. We were able to walk/hike from the apartment to the castle ruins. It was convenient to have parking space at the building. Enjoyed the two porches. Note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs and the second bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

Great and beautiful remote location to find some peace and quiet in the Schwarzwald!

We felt right at home in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything possible, there are many games and books - also a game of patience that we unfortunately could not solve 😅 In about 8 minutes at the bus stop, with the bus only running very sporadically on Sunday. On foot, however, you can also reach Paula-Modersohn Square in about 15-20 minutes and from there take the light rail towards Freiburg. Would definitely come again!

You feel welcome and immediately at home. The apartment is equipped with many little things that make life easier, such as oil, spices, notes, drinks, etc., and sparkling clean.
