The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

In the area there are numerous nice pubs, restaurants and good shopping facilities. The apartment has a new fitted kitchen (kitchenette) including dishwasher, so that an open living-dining area is created (the kitchen is not a separate room). In addition, the apartment includes a new, modern bathroom with a large shower cabin.

The open living area is enhanced by exposed wooden beams and features a dining table surrounded by stylish chairs. A swing hangs from the ceiling, and natural light filters in through the roof windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
