Have breakfast out in the sunny courtyard of this historic home. Inside, split-system air conditioning provides both heating and cooling, with a wood-burner adding to the cosiness. Downstairs features an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, bathroom and second living area which is furnished with a sofa bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed. It should be noted that the property is historic and the staircase to the bedroom is steep - please see the listing photos in case this is an issue. Taxis and Uber are also reliable in Hobart and will cost under $10 into the CBD/Salamanca and wharf precinct.

What a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days R&R or an extended holiday. We were a group of seven who had been travelling around Tassie, playing golf. We had two nights here for a lovely rest, and what a fabulous place to do just that. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. We really didn't need to leave the house as there was plenty to do there, either relaxing by the fire, playing pool or relaxing in the spa and pool. The house is perfect for a group of friends or a family reunion for a holiday or a few days catch up. I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Jason for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

This house was lovely and homely and comfortable. Robert kindly left bread, nibbles, tea,coffee,milk, soy milk as a nice welcoming touch. Heating was great in all rooms. Robert was quick to respond to any queries, and sent us for coffee at his favourite cafe with a voucher. Great location and quiet at night. We were lucky enough to meet Robert as well, thanks for a great stay in Hobart.
