Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sandy Bay

We’re really enjoy staying at Thierry’s place and Peter really nice and helpful with checking in, quick responses with all questions which make our stay smooth and convenient. The place very beautiful, super clean and has everything we need in his kitchen. I’d recommend to stay here and will book here again next time if we’ll be back to Tasmania again next time.

Absolutely blown away by our stay, everything was perfection. Our host Nancy’s communication was great, and the detailed, helpful information provided before and during our stay made everything so seamless. The main house tour was such a delight, setting the tone for the incredible experience. As for the location, it's truly heaven on earth. I honestly believe I will never stay anywhere prettier! The house itself is styled to absolute perfection, with insane attention to detail in every corner. But without a doubt, it was that breathtaking main view and the stunning, color-coded bookcase that truly stole the show and captured my heart. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable and beautiful escape! We can't wait to return some day!

Provider House was the perfect place to get away from the big city and unwind. The location was private but, yet close enough to all of the hot spots Hobart has to offer. The added luxuries of, luxurious robes, towels and products helped achieve the instant clam you get to enjoy at Provider House.

A peaceful stay in a well appointed house with all the mod cons. Lovely outlook over the River Derwent. Was able to relax in front of the fire and watch the world go by. Jack was a great host.

We fell in love the second we walked through the gate! The house is in a great location by the Rivulet, along which is a pleasant walk to the city centre. The house is private, quiet, with all the homely comforts. We enjoyed sitting in the sun-bathed courtyard and relaxing in the tasteful simplicity of the interior.

Sharon and Andrew’s house was wonderful. It was like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and all the little bit of extra things they provided made it even better. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

The house was well set out, clean and very welcoming. Loved the outdoor fireplace. Had all the essentials in the kitchen. Would gladly stay there again. beautiful place.

Jo was truly the best host we could’ve asked for! Her place in West Hobart was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Hobart. The apartment was impeccably clean and so, so cosy! After fun days of exploring we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment and settle down for the evening. The location is ace and the amenities were fantastic - we felt right at home. Louise was very quick to respond to our messages and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in Hobart or surrounding areas.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

Sarah was quick to respond and the accomodation was extremely cozy. Extremely relaxing location.

Angela was a very good communicator, very friendly when she greeted us on arrival. And communicated very well during our stay. We loved Craig's place! So quiet with gorgeous views. Our beautiful studio was perfect..brekkie was provided for both days of our stay. Would have loved to use the fire pit but indulged ourselves with the indoor gas fire instead. And yes Craig, the bathroom floor heating was a winner! We also did the talk tour through the Raptor Rescue Centre which was fascinating. All up a great experience.

Such a beautiful gem! A very special hand built cabin located in beautiful surroundings . Louise and Phil were great hosts and what they have built is absolutely incredible! I really enjoyed my stay there . Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at Three Paddocks and a Hill! The cottage was very clean, well appointed with everything you need & full of thoughtful touches that made it the perfect cosy retreat in May. We loved the beautiful views from every direction overlooking the wooded valley and rolling hills. Each afternoon, we enjoyed feeding the cheeky goats apples and carrots that Emma kindly left for us. The location was perfect— right in the Huon Valley, surrounded by artisan producers and just a 10-minute, scenic drive to Cygnet, a charming town with everything you could want. Emma was a fantastic host—friendly, proactive, and responsive. She sent us the most incredible & extensive list of local recommendations. We especially loved visiting Pagan Cider Cellar Door on our way home each afternoon and a meal at Ashcraig Farm Thai is a must—hands down the best meal and such great value. This little retreat was the perfect way to finish up our Tassie trip & we'd highly recommend a stay here!

This was a good option. You are about 20mins or less to Hobart CBD. You are down the road from New Town one of the oldest suburbs in Hobart and everything you need like a Coles, Chemist Warehouse is 10mins is there. The cabin also has a great AC. If you are interested in hiking Mt Wellington, walk down the driveway (with care - forget it if its raining) and turn right. walk 50M and you are at the Lenah Valley trail head. The cabin has maps as well which were very helpful in planning our journeys. The only hiccup we faced was our first night where we learnt the water pressure was non-existent. We sent messages and the Agent, Bai - shout out to them they were reaponsive and really patient with us. Bai got a plumber out and sorted it out the following day. The only downsides were the lights on the fence being on a timer as it did remove the element of being in nature a bit. Plus the cabin noise of the fridge and humidifier at night. But these are minor things. Would stay again.
