Rosella Cottage, circa 1900 to 1920, is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with loads of shack atmosphere, comfortable and set on a spacious block of land. Located in Swanwick, is a 10 minute drive to Coles Bay and the National Park, 500 meters from Swan River Jetty and boat ramp and minutes from Sand Piper Beach where glorious sunrises and sunsets can be viewed. Surrounded by biodiversity and rare species, and a short walk to the private Parsons Cove beach. Native wallabies and echidnas roam the garden. The unit occupies half of the downstairs area of villa and accommodates 4 people with the queen bed in the living area and single beds in the bedroom.
