We are in the heart of the heart of Battery Point! Walk to the docks, CBD, Salamanca market, Princess Park (Kids love it ) restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, MONA ferry and adventure tour bases. Its a fantastic location! Relaxing and private outlook. We live in the main house above the studio and there is minimal but occasional sounds heard. We are very conscious of your privacy and a quiet stay but are not too far away if you need anything!
