Vacation rentals with a patio in San Pedro

Great location, very clean, ac works as it should. Water never ran out and was hot. Celvin was there for check in. I recommend staying there!

This place was amazing! We had a full size apartment that was fully stocked! The manager met us when we got there with rum punch drinks. The apartment was so beautiful! Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Fully stocked with all essentials. The pool and beach and pier were so relaxing. There was kayaks and cornhole but we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

Francis is a fabulous host. He always responded quickly and was very helpful with suggestions. He met us at the boat dock and then drove us around and showed the location of stores and restaurants in the area on the way to the cottages. The cottage was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. There were a few beers in the fridge and filtered water available. The kitchen had what we needed for the days we were there. If I ever return to Caye Caulker the first place I would look for a place to stay is here. Thanks Francis for a wonderful vacation spot.

The home was just as described and was perfect for our family of 4. Jesse responded very quickly when we had any questions or needs. Even when my husband accidentally locked us out one evening someone was there within 20 minutes to open the door. The house was clean, the a/c worked well and it is walkable to everything in town. The only thing less than ideal was the club/DJ situation next door at Sandy Toes Saturday and Sunday from 12-12:00. It was LOUD! Just bring ear plugs because the house is wonderful.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

Loved our stay. Can’t give enough compliments. Was the best condo at Blu Zen! Ocean front, nothing to the left, one of the 3 pools on the right, and close to the dock with the ferry to town. You won’t regret booking with Jay. He sent pages of information about condo and the area. The management on property meet us at the dock and was very helpful booking our snorkeling trip.

Nina and her family were amazing hosts. Their place was perfect for what we were looking for. It's "out of the way" but close enough to everything in town that a quick walk would solve any need. They were beyond accommodating along with the sunset cruise with Nina's *heavy* pour of rum punch. =) It's a must! We will be definitely be coming back. You won't regret staying at the Tiki House!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

Definitely a beautiful location, we had a group of 5 women and everyone had their own space. It’s exactly like the pictures describe. Things to note: there’s not much to do in San Pedro but the restaurants are amazing. The location is further out BUT there are treats around it

I had such a wonderful time during my stay! I really appreciated having a washer and dryer, along with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion readily available. It felt so nice to have two TVs and two air conditioning units—it made my stay super comfy! I even invited my family over for lunch, and they were so accommodating when I asked if it was okay to have guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I had the best sleep! Additionally, the location is fantastic—so close to the airport that you can easily walk over. I noticed some pretty lively activities nearby starting around 9 AM, but otherwise, it was quite peaceful. I can't wait for my next visit to this lovely place!

When we first arrived, we had been in the jungle area of Cayo for several days. San Pedro felt hectic and busy - like the Brooklyn of Belize. But Capt. Robby’s place is magical. It’s just far enough from the hustle and bustle to really slow down and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings and what the island has to offer. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is utilitarian but so comfortable. We slept great every night in the darkened rooms. The rest of the time we were either outside on a boat tour with Thomas (we did two days of fishing and snorkeling, worth the trip alone), walking to the delicious and easy Tropical Escape restaurant, or watching the day unfold on the porch with their lovely dogs frolicking and the Caribbean Sea serving as a stunning backdrop. The family lives upstairs and were gracious and welcoming. There are there if needed, but not intrusive in any way. We plan to come back again and again. Rent a golf cart so you can get around - though you won’t want to leave.

Blue Hicaco was a dream for my family of four. Mary met us at the door with keys and instructions along with recommendations for food and fun activities for the kids. We adventured all day and then spent evenings cooling off at the pool. We loved our time there and definitely recommend the house. It was a little off the beaten path and that was perfect for us!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The place was clean and the WiFi was fast. Super responsive host and great location!

Such a great spot—right on the beach, private but still walkable to everything. The rooftop was perfect for sunrise and relaxing. The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Ester and the whole team and Ocean's Edge / Pelican Reef were fantastic. helping before arrival, on arrival easy entry and tons of local recommendations and helped making dinner reservations for all the best local places. The condo was extremely well equipped anything you could need at home this place had from kitchen amenities, towels, etc. the Space was amazing - spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as large living room kitchen and dining. the lanai / balcony had a beautiful view and a great place to relax. pool and grounds were perfectly kept. great place to be outside and relax. you are just 15 mins by golf cart south of town. definately need a golf cart but perfect spot. nearby restaurants and easy access to town. 10/10 would absolutely come back!

This is a beautiful place right in the heart of Caye Caulker. All activities and attractions can easily be reached by food. Plenty of great restaurants for any occasions are right outside the door. A heads up, the central location comes with some noise until late at night.
