Boutique hotel vacation rentals in San Pedro

Place was very clean upon arrival. Looked just like the pictures. Host was very responsive and helped me find everything i needed. Would stay here again :)

Thank you for hosting us. Milly is great. I highly recommend it. Small negative point: 800 meters to drink a coffee, but that's just a detail.

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

The airbnb was clean and a walking distance to many restaurants. The hosts were very nice. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved the space. Air condition worked SOO well. Host was very friendly and gave great recommendations.

Acocote Inn is an amazing place. Snorkel to reef heads right from the beach or torture yourself with fly fishing for permit, this place is perfect. Rob, the host, wasn’t there but the caretaker Chucho and his family made us feel right at home. Absolutely no security concerns, peaceful, well located north of town…this place had it all. We’ll be back.

The place was clean and tidy. The stay was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly.

We had such a fun time on our little side trip to Secret Beach! The water really is that crystal clear Caribbean water seen on postcards. They were super easy to communicate with and the place is impeccably clean! Aimee is super sweet and the breakfast alone was worth the stay! Overall can’t recommend enough.

Loved everything about this hotel , they let us check in 4 hours early the stuff was so amazing and friendly and they place is very clean , the pool was amazing I will definitely come back if I visit again Thanks 🙏🏻

Gene, the Manager, Is a blessing in every possible way. She ensures that every moment of your stay at the guest house, but also on Caye Caulker, Is tailored to your every preference. The rooms are breathtakingly designed & decorated, not to mention so comfortable w perfect mattresses & linen. The property is a beautifully manicured oasis and the pool is a stunning extension of everything on the property. From the moment you arrive, you begin planning your next visit. Gene spares no effort in assisting you with meal & other local recommendations. My husband was injured on a boat & she moved w lightning speed to get us to clinic & to the city for x-rays etc. we are so grateful for her assistance. Thank you also to Rhonda & Ron for creating this beautiful Oasis! we will return!

We had such an amazing time at this spot on Caye Caulker! We felt like we found the perfect gem. Gene, the on-site manager, was sooo helpful! We booked all our tours and rides with her help. And the owners were super welcoming and hospitable. We can’t wait to go back and stay again at the Boutique Guesthouse!

We enjoyed our few days at Harbourview; it is an oasis in Belize City! Martha’s cafe has delicious food! Neighbourhood feels safe. The hotel grounds are beautiful! Staff are friendly and helpful. A slice of paradise!

This was are first trip to Caye Caulker Island and were definetly going back! Staying at Caye Caulker Boutique made the whole trip simply amazing! We were very well taken care of by Gene(host) and Rhonda, the owners!! They were accessible at any time and shared there love for the island, boutique and the culture!! We enjoyed the personal attention they gave us and conversations. The boutique is LUSH and attention to detail flawless!! Our unexpected trip at the last minute, from a referral and help from a friend. Turned out to be an incredibly Fabulous vacation that we truely enjoyed and needed! The room is as shown in pictures and description, the location is close to the beach where you can find restaurants, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry, the place is clean and quiet. Kirsten is quick to respond.

Nice place, not much to do around though, wouldn’t go walking around in the dark. The room was very clean, bathroom as well and very nice shower. Good for a one night stay.
