There are a many restaurants, churches, cafe, bars and nightlife within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The beach is a 2 minute walk away or you can swim at Palapa Bar while having a drink. This is my personal apartment in the Embassy Apartment - San Pedro with a private all in one washer dryer.
