Vacation rentals with a patio in Corozal District

Thank you for a wonderful stay ! We found the place easy to find with the helpful directions. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown what we needed to know. The place is very spacious, clean and everything we needed was provided.

My family and I had the best time at Bryan’s place. His staff Monique and Freddy were both super responsive to us and beyond helpful. Freddy became a friend! We would suggest this home and place to anyone and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I must stress that the place has high end Appliances. You can tell they didn’t rush building the place. I felt right at home. The place is very comfy, and if you don’t make a conscious effort to leave you might just spend your entire time in the apartment. It’s in a perfect location in town. Close to all the restaurants, supermarkets and ferry. Didn’t use my golf cart much cause I walked everywhere. You will need the golf cart if you are going to Secret Beach. It’s a 40-45 min drive. About 15 min drive to Truck Stop. I will definitely stay there again if I visit. Can’t say enough about this place. The host was always available with any questions I had about the area and things to do. She provided a list of restaurants to eat for bkfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks again for making me stay as relaxing an enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2-weeks at Carmela -Medina Luxury Apartments and was greeted with prompt replies to all inquiries including recommendations of where to eat. Pictures are accurate and overall comfortable. Bed was firm, bathroom large with walk-in shower and having a large TV to watch the NFL playoff games 😎. Sofa was a bit soft for our liking and will provide feedback to owners. Tips: 1. Be sure to organize a cart in advance of arrival for best rates. 2. We struggled with taxis at the pier as the address was a challenge to find. Recommend to lookup Ladybug Sanctuary Plant House and you’ll see the 3-story building next store. 3. Other restaurant recommendations, The Alibi which is known for a famous mixologist, Carriaben Villas which has live music, Toast that is south with a quiet beach and great margaritas (2 and was flying 😜), The Hut with a boat that is moored and you can view iguanas and crocodiles from a safe distance, The Truck Stop with 4 freighter containers converted to food truck

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Literally located in the middle of San Pedro and a couple of steps to everywhere. Clive is very proactive and has been coordinating with me on my arrival days before. Clive was at the ferry terminal to pick me up. Clive provided me with plenty of tips re where to eat and what to do as well. Very much a recommended place esp for solo travellers. Do note that I chose Clive’s because of location and convenience. This is not a beach front property but walk a block or two you will be at the waterfront.

Our family had a great stay. While not right on the beach, it’s only a 5 min walk to the bars and beaches. Secret beach doesn’t have much for services so the convenience store was convenient! Lynn and Ed were always very responsive and helpful with quick answers to all of our questions and local recommendations. Apartment had everything we needed, including cooking essentials. They even delivered some extra towels without us asking on a particularly rainy day!

The home exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and privacy of the home, and greatly enjoyed the pool club and the convenience of little shops near the property. We would highly recommend this home for any group of travellers to San Pedro.

Samuel was a great host . Very attentive and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay here .

This is my second time I took this apartment and when I will come next time I would like to stay in same apartment everything was perfect

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Margo was an excellent host - immediately responsive and provided lots of useful information before we arrived as well as while we stayed with her. Her house is gorgeously decorated with everything you could need or want while there, and very clean. Kyron who works on site was wonderful as well - very friendly, and took us on a fun boat ride where he taught us a lot about the history of Sarteneja. And we loved Margo's dogs!! The pool and patio are superb and we spent many happy hours there!!! We learned after a few days that it was best for us to wear long pants, socks and shoes while watching sunset because we were particularly tasty to the no-see-ums on the beach. It had rained a few days before we arrived as well as while we were there, so I'm sure that was a contributing factor. The town was full of friendly people and a great place for some rest and relaxation. If you want to get off the beaten path while in Belize, there's no place better than to do it at Margo's!

Lovely cabanas and such a great set-up for our group. We loved lounging at the bar space and the pool. The cabanas were great, with plenty of hot water. Make sure to bring a portable speaker for music and snacks/drinks, since Secret Beach is the quieter side of the island. Enjoyed it a lot!

We had a fantastic stay at Ever Blue Villa just north of San Pedro! They accommodated our early arrival by letting us drop off our luggage prior to check-in. The place was beautiful, loved the marble floors, well equipped for our group of seven, and the pool was a dream for our afternoon swims. Beds were luxurious, en suites were beautiful, tons of space for our together time, and there were cool electronic devices like “Alexa” to keep us entertained. The hosts were fantastic and attentive! We thank them for their support in booking a taxi for us for our return to the airport at the end of our stay for a great price! Thanks to Jaime, Ciani, and especially Daniella! We highly recommend this rental to others!

We had such an amazing time! You cannot beat the location as it is walkable to so many places and there is also a restaurant/bar right next door. Our host was extremely responsive and friendly. The place was actually even better in person than it was in the photos which was a nice surprise. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and there are 2 separate units on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms each. This actually worked out perfectly for our large party of 13. Thank you for making our first time in Belize an absolute amazing experience! We are already talking about going back!

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Great location—super peaceful, and out of the hectic downtown, with some good restaurants nearby. Super clean, nicely furnished, and lovely grounds The on-site restaurant, the Doghouse, was surprisingly good. But the staff! They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Great recommendations, and super responsive. And at the end of our stay, I accidentally left my AirPods and glasses in the condo. We had already left Ambergris Caye and were waiting for our flight back to the States. They not only alerted me that I had left them, they literally raced them to the airport, put it on a Tropic Air flight, and I got it before I left Belize City. They didn’t charge me a thing for this service, and I just had to pay the $6.25 US to Tropic Air COD for the package. Talk about going above and beyond! We will be back! Even if we didn’t get this particular unit again, we will call Tres Cocos at the Cloisters directly. Awesome stay, awesome staff.

Second time staying here and enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The place was clean and the WiFi was fast. Super responsive host and great location!

Stayed in the penthouse, what a fantastic spot. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrise. Clean room with the kitchen space.

Ester and the whole team and Ocean's Edge / Pelican Reef were fantastic. helping before arrival, on arrival easy entry and tons of local recommendations and helped making dinner reservations for all the best local places. The condo was extremely well equipped anything you could need at home this place had from kitchen amenities, towels, etc. the Space was amazing - spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as large living room kitchen and dining. the lanai / balcony had a beautiful view and a great place to relax. pool and grounds were perfectly kept. great place to be outside and relax. you are just 15 mins by golf cart south of town. definately need a golf cart but perfect spot. nearby restaurants and easy access to town. 10/10 would absolutely come back!
