Vacation rentals with a patio in San Miguel de Cozumel

A very nice stay, I'll be back soon, they are very friendly and above all, the hosts provide excellent service.

Great condo on the ocean and the cab drivers know the name of the place so it was easy to find. One bedroom had a big bed, the other bedroom was a full sized bed, both had their own bathrooms. Full sized kitchen was nice. The swimming pool and access to the ocean are not available until 8am and close at 10pm. Host was quick to respond to questions.

the place is amazing, clean and spacious. the rooftop pool was incredible. The facility pool is also great! Location is very convenient. although our stay was great, if I have to give some feedback; the AC in the smaller bedoom was blowing too much when turned on on the lowest mode. evening hrs it can be noisy when in the bedroom the beds by the pool were a bit worn off

I really enjoyed my stay here for 9 days… The location is quiet and convenient, about a 10 mins walk to the large supermarkets and also convenient to restaurants and stores. There is a pharmacy about one block away. I preferred to stay farther from the main city center for a quieter setting. This location was a good balance but to get to some places you would want to rent a bike or scooter or get a taxi. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and they have thought of everything you would need. The hosts supply drinking water. I loved the terrace and the shower was also really nice, which can be hard to find in Cozumel!

Manuel, the person who helped us, was super friendly and helpful. He made it easy for us by picking us up on arrival and giving us recommendations. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

We had a great weeks stay! Katia was our contact throughout the week. She was very responsive. Made sure we had enough linens, drinking water and other supplies. She even gave us a ride the 1st day to the grocery store! At the end of our stay she helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The 2 beds were comfortable. The pool was very refreshing, to begin and end the day! Troy House is A+. I would definitely book here again!

Dayma’s flat is so cozy, has a great interior design and great distribution. Everything clean, including the pool and exterior furniture. High quality amenities, modern utilities and useful. She’s kind and always responsive.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Very comfortable and pleasant. The beds are the most delicious. A TV for each bedroom and another in the living room, 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything is of very good quality. Karla was always very attentive and helped me solve the problems, which was only the air conditioning, but it was solved the same day. What I appreciate most is that he let me in earlier and check out later. The area is very quiet but far from the esplanade, although there are motorcycle taxis so you can get around if you don't rent a car. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

Casa Maky was amazing for me and my daughter. Couple blocks from everything you need. Great restaurants, some with pools and you can even jump in the ocean. No need to buy water, Carolina supplied plenty, as well as everything else you need, even toothbrush and toothpaste! I will be back and only rent one of Carolinas amazing properties. Perfect vacation.

We had such a wonderful stay at Daniel’s place in Cozumel. The location was absolutely perfect for us—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to plenty of great little local Mexican restaurants. The house itself was very clean and well cared for, with beautiful garden spaces that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. We especially loved the pool and patio area—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Daniel was a responsive and thoughtful host, always quick to answer any questions. He truly has a gem of a place, and we’re so grateful he shared it with us. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

Great accommodation with a private hot tub, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we didn't have access to parking. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated even though it was out of his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it!!!

The apartment was clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large balcony, which offered a view of the pool, but was also very private. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street and felt very safe. We were travelling with two young kids and the two bedroom set-up worked well for us. I will say the second bedroom doesn’t have a ton of privacy (slatted door with no noise barrier), so while it was perfect for our toddler, I could see that it might be challenging for adults. Many reviews say the apartment is close to the beach and 5th avenue. At the time that we were there the “shuttle” to those places was out of service, so it was a ~25 min walk minimum. This wasn’t ideal to do everyday with two toddlers so I wish we would have known that in advance. Also, the “pool bar/restaurant” was never open during our stay - I did ask the host about it but didn’t end up getting an answer. Again, just some inconveniences that you would hope to avoid traveling with kids.

Amazing price for a condo that has all you need. Rooftop pool is very nice and great for when the beaches are filled with seaweed. Stefano was very quick to respond to any questions and made the check in/check out very simple. Only thing to take note is that you’re right on the main street, so expect some loud music to be played at night.

Very nice and clean. Very close to attractions, beach 5 min walk and local Walmart 14 min walk. Outside patio and plunge pool was a great added touch. Also, a little bar next door to the condo building. Only downside was I wish the bed was more comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Ed's condo. We usually stayed on the north side of the island, and this was our first time in the heart of the city. It was fantastic! We walked to dinner every night, making the location excellent. Ed's place is very nice, just as described. We felt extremely comfortable and enjoyed great views of the water and sunsets. The condo is well laid out, nicely decorated, and has cold A/C. The pool was great, and the guards and property manager were very pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely time, felt at home, and hope to return to Ed's place on our next trip.

I have stayed at the El Cantil many times and I absolutely love the property. The location and the staff are amazing. This condo was perfect for our group of 6. Plenty of space and a beautiful view. We loved every minute of it. Thank you!!!

Norman is a great host. His condo is just as the pictures show, and the views are incredible. Nice, well appointed space for a large family to be able to spread out and spend time together enjoying the beautiful views, snorkeling and heated pool. Would definitely stay again!
