Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in San Miguel de Cozumel

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Armando and Andrea are amazing caretakers and are very attentive. The views were stunning, it was incredibly spacious, in a great location, and walkable to many restaurants and the beach. We fit two families there very comfortably. The children had a blast and so did the adults. We’ll book this place again for sure.

The stay in the Villa was pleasant, which is very spacious and the rooms are comfortable, the garden is very nice, everything is as shown in the photos and for the price it is an excellent option.

Gerardo was very attentive. She always responded quickly and kindly. He solved the different problems we encountered. The place needs a little maintenance (the air conditioning in the common areas was dripping, the shower in one of the rooms had a leak) but I mentioned it to Gera and he said he would take care of it. There was no shampoo, no soap, not enough towels, the pillows were in poor condition (I think they washed them in a washing machine, so they were "bunched up") but fortunately Gerardo took care of supplying us by buying these products in a supermarket. Excellent service from Gerardo, although it would have been nice if the accommodation had everything available and in good condition from the moment we arrived, but we understand that Gerardo lives far away and that it can be challenging to be 100% aware of everything. I would stay there again, no question. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, offering plenty of space and comfort. One of the highlights was definitely having 4 bathrooms, which made getting ready so much easier for everyone. The location was ideal — just a 10-minute drive from 5ta Avenida, making it easy to enjoy the attractions while still being in a peaceful, gated community with a guard for added security. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area with a group!

The apartment is very well equipped, both the kitchen with necessary appliances for food as well as the air-conditioned room and TV entertainment. Alicia was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. We are very grateful 🙏

Migdalia’s place was amazing look just like picture great location walkable to ooxxo on the same corner of ooxxo you can find food for sale different vendors as well very safe security is always friendly pools amazing will stay here again for sure thank you for having us.

What a wonderful stay we had. The apartment is beautiful and we loved the rooftop private patio it was great for our morning coffee. The place had everything you could need, kitchen was well stocked and we had big jugs of bottled water too use during our stay. The rooftop pool was amazing, lots of seating in the sun and couches too sit in the shade and the water was fantastic too cool off in. There also a hottub we used at night too. The area was amazing. Just a couple minutes too 5th and there was restaurants all over and 7-11 on the corner and a grocery store just down the street. Very safe very lively neighborhood. Our host always messages us back right away when we needed too ask a question so that was great. Overall we had an amazing time here we felt right at home instantly and would book here again for sure on our next trip.

The apartment is beautifully laid out, and feels like a home away from home. Lovely open planned kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating space in the living room, two well-sized balconies, two full bathrooms and double bedrooms. The location is about 10-15 minute walk from 5th and 10th avenue / ADO turistica and is across the street from the Chedraui supermarket, super convenient! It’s also around the corner from the collectivo point for buses Tulum. Gisela and Sergio communicated excellently! Super warm, friendly and welcoming! Provided recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do in Playa and well as recommendations for visits across Quintana Roo and Yucatan! Would 1000% stay again!

Perfect place to stay at in Playa del Carmen. Conveniently located on 5th avenue, making everything within walking distance. The room was clean and had everything you could need for your stay.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Great location, variety of restaurants in the block. Relatively close to 5th Avenue, we actually walked with our 8 and 6 year olds. The studio is small but has everything necessary for our family group. Nohemy is attentive to our concerns!!

The stay was absolutely perfect. It feels private while being centrally located. It is spotless and very comfortable and convenient. Fernanda is an impressive host and always proactive and helpful with anything that is needed! I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great, the only inconvenience was not having a washer and dryer. We were on our 2nd leg of our trip, and needed to do some laundry but had no ability to do so. Other than that, stay was good plenty of room. Kids loved mini golf, (make sure to bring your own golf balls, so you don’t have to pay $30 for 2 sleeves) and the pool. Make sure to rent a car or know that u will have to taxi everywhere from this location. The “resort” offered to help us with “their” taxi’s and wish we wouldn’t have been so trusting. To go downtown which is a few mins away, was a $40+ one way and $50 to ride back. If you call a regular taxi that is not affiliated with the community you will pay way less.

It was very comfortable, everyone was friendly and the pool was a great size for swimming! It was expensive for the location. The staff especially Juan was super helpful! The pool was ideal!

The place is very comfortable you feel at home at all times, it is also a very quiet area with lots of privacy. Ideal if you are looking to relax and disconnect from everything for a few days or even if you have to work remotely is excellent, the wifi network is good and stable. On the other hand, it is essential to have your own car or wash one, as the area where the residential is very large and walking is a bit complicated. We totally recommend the place and would definitely come back as soon as possible!!
