Light-Filled One Bedroom Suite Close to Trails and Transits

Stay comfortably in this modern well-lit suite space. Play board games in an airy living room brightened by classic Lichtenstein prints. Standouts elsewhere include a wall map of the world and travel posters. The calming bedroom boasts a writing desk and spacious walk-in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out to trails or buzzing downtown. Here are key features of our guest suite: - Newly renovated - minimalist and modern decor with bright and airy feel - One bedroom suite allows for maximum comfort and space during your stay - Private entrance so you can come and go as you please - Counter Bar with microwave/ mini fridge with small freezer section / Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee or tea. - Cooking is not allowed. - Location: Suburban feeling but quick commute to most places. - Parking: free street parking so optionally guests can park and enjoy taking public transportation - Neighborhood stores are 2 blocks away: Starbucks, Mollie Stone's supermarket, CVS. Multiple restaurants, bakeries, and local bars create a community feel. - Self check in and check out with lockbox and keypad access. - Security camera on-premise outside the unit for guest's safety. Camera locations: outside above garage door, outside AirBnb front entrance on stairway, outside backyard door. REMARK: We live upstairs and have young kids. We are active and will make noise during 6:30am-9am and 5pm-9pm during school days. During weekends we may be home more. We would love to host you if you do not mind the family noises. If you are a light sleeper and would prefer to have completely quiet mornings, you may not enjoy your stay with us. We have done our best to disclose the info in many ways possible; hence, we would appreciate if you don't write us a negative review because of this. Guest can use TV in the private living room with Chromecast and local stations. Counter bar features mini refrigerator with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The available space is for indoor one bedroom suite only. Outdoor deck is not part of the guest access. NO ACCESS ON: Backyard Laundry Grill We want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you have any problems or concerns, we are just upstairs. My husband grew up in San Francisco, so if you need any recommendations, we've got plenty. We are always just a phone call, text or email away. This Miraloma Park neighborhood offers Twin Peak views, with Mount Davidson and Glen Canyon Park trails for trekking. A supermarket, Muni, and BART are within easy reach. The location is a hidden secret yielding suburban residential vibe yet is conveniently located providing fast trip to most attractions in the city. Ask the hosts, who've lived in the city for decades, for inside information on attractions. Transportation: - Buses: 36, 44, 43 buses are within walking distance (either across the street or 1 block away) - Lightrail (Muni): The Forest Hill Muni Station is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride. Muni will get you most places including downtown, the Castro, Embarcadero, Civic Center (Symphony, Jazz, Opera, Asian Art Museum, and many more), Exploratorium, Pier 39, and the Ferry Building. - BART (Subway): Glen Park BART Station (30 minutes walk / less than 10 minutes by bus) will let you go to most places in the Bay Area including San Francisco airport, or the east bay. Note: The 44 bus will also take you to the Richmond area through Golden Gate Park (where Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and De Young Museum are located). The 43 bus will take you north to Marina area for an upscale neighborhood stroll. UBER or LYFT can be a good way to get around as well. Noise disclosures: We have a 2 younger children and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends. We also do our cleaning on Mondays between 12pm-4pm. There will be some noise during the cleaning (washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner). We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends.

There is plenty of space in this unit. Which has private entrance, bedroom, living room , private full bathroom and small kitchen ( not for cooking). The unit is located on the ground floor of our single family house . It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Walk to music festivals, museums, park and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi No Parking offered No animal allowed! Airbnb gives exemption!

Ocean Beach Lux Retreat Back from Remodel

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
