We enjoyed our stay at Lori's place very much. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as we were in town for a wedding and had several events to get ready for. The coffee was great in the morning and we enjoyed our evening glass of wine out on the deck. Lori responded quickly when we had questions. One thing to note, Lori's pictures do not reflect her beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely return if given the opportunity.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this house! The house was incredibly clean and spacious. Suited all our needs for the week. Only negative I would add is the neighbors can sometimes be loud as it’s near an intersection and gas station. We would absolutely stay here again though!

This apartment is in a great location with views of the ocean. It is a short walk to restaurants and bars in Ocean Beach. Also a short drive to local attractions like San Diego Zoo, Point Loma and La Jolla, which were our highlights. Steffanie was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay.

Our recent stay at Michelle’s Airbnb in Leucadia, California, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Michelle has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that rivaled the coziness of our own home. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to whip up almost any meal. From cookware to an impressive array of spices, we had all the tools to enjoy home-cooked dinners, which made our stay even more special. It’s rare to find such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! The location is perfect for soaking in the local culture. Right on the beach, we loved taking daily walks to explore the vibrant Leucadia community. The highlight, though, was watching the sunset every evening from the living room or deck—pure magic! This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s first trip to San Diego! We had 7 adults and one baby and this was a perfect set up for us! The amenities and ability to walk to the beach, town, and pickle ball courts made our stay memorable. Would stay again! So safe and such a responsive host. Thank you!!! :)

Kristen was fantastic! Every single time I asked a question or made a simple request she was kind and she managed to take care of them. For example I asked if beach towels and a blow dryer were at the location and the next thing I know there's an Amazon box that was delivered with them inside!! I only wish that I had seen that it was a 2 story condo before I booked as I walk with a cane and have mobility issues. But that has nothing to do with Kristen. She also answered the questions of my brother who was on the Airbnb rental with me. Thank you Kristen!!!

Great stay! Condo was perfect for our family. Layout of the condo was great for family time and felt very spacious. Stephanie was a wonderful host and provided lots of information on things to do, restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Condo was stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, pods for washing clothes and for the dishwasher, coffee pods, tea bags, spices, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were great and the beach was not crowded and very convenient to the condo. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back. Thank you, Stephanie!

This was an amazing place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were beautiful and spotless! Guy was very friendly and responsive. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Would definitely come back and stay!

Nina's place was great. It was very well furnished with some great extras. My son has a 5 month old so the pack n Play was very helpful. She also has a roll away cot and a blow up queen mattress so there are plenty of beds for non-spouse partners of friends. The kitchen is very well furnished. The condo itself is pretty new and it is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. It is in a nice neighborhood with canyon hiking across the street and Balboa Park within a mile. South Park is walking distance as well. Nina was very responsive in communicating. The only negative is the condo is under the final approach course for San Diego Airport. Airplanes do frequently fly over the condo during the day. At night the airport has quiet hours. I would stay here again.

Great location. Amazing views from inside and out. Perfect for a family and great to have the private beach area down below. Owners in unit below were also very friendly. Cheryl is quick to respond and help with any issues.

We had a fantastic stay at Brad's place. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy beds. The outdoor space was a highlight—we loved having our morning coffee on the patio and enjoying the ocean breeze. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great local recommendations and ensuring check-in was smooth and easy. One of the unexpected highlights was the availability of bikes in the garage. Having those on hand made it so easy (and fun!) to explore the nearby beach paths and neighborhoods without needing to drive everywhere. It was a thoughtful and much-appreciated bonus. We would surely stay here again

My family and I had an amazing time staying here. The location is great, 3-minute walk to the beach, 12-minute walk to the downtown restaurants, and a 15-minute walk to the bay. The house was very clean and had a home-y feel. There are two balconies, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room. Both provided a view of the ocean which I sat and enjoyed every morning when I woke up. We cooked some meals at the house. Pans, pots, and baking dishes were provided as well as some seasonings. There is a garage which did feel a little tight to back into but inside the garage was very spacious. (I drive a Subaru Ascent) The host did provide beach items such as chairs, toys, towels. Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here and will definitely stay here again!

Lovely space in Encinitas, California. Easy to get around. Parking was simple, amenities in the house were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. Easy to walk around and get around. I would definitely come back.

Everything about this location and stay was amazing! My favorite part was how clean this space was. It was great stay for me and my family. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was how hard the master bedroom bed was.

We had a great stay at Tony’s! He was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The place was very nice, clean, good amount of space, and in a great location (10-15 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go). Overall we had an awesome time at this place and would definitely book again!

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a host who not only listens to guest needs but takes real action to meet them. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches, clear communication, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!
