Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

From the porch you access the living room,which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is the equipped kitchen. Also from the living room you access a hallway that houses two double bedrooms ,a single bedroom and a bathroom.

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.
