Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Antonio River

On our drive back from Louisiana to Arizona we decided to stay in San Antonio for a few days as I have never been. There is so much to do around the home. We took an Uber to the Riverwalk and spent a lot of time down there and in the surrounding areas. So many good restaurants as well! The home was spotless! It’s an older home and I loved the feel of it because it has so much character! The backyard was a cool place to chill after a day of walking around. The neighborhood is very quiet other than an occasional train which my husband and I are used to so it didn’t bother us any. I absolutely loved the coffee bar, showers and the beds! The mattresses were so comfortable! Anna and Jeremy had very clear checkin and checkout instructions. They provided so many recommendations for food and things to do in the area. They were proactive with their communication and response times were very quick if I needed to reach out to them! We will absolutely be back! Thank you for hosting!

Lovely house over all. Great for kids and plenty of space for the 7 of us. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We loved the hot tub and backyard area! Everything was easy to find in the house. We would definitely stay here again. Judith, our host was very friendly and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Great home! Stayed for a weekend to explore San Antonio with our family and pup. The park is across the street which was very convenient for our morning walks. The area seems a bit sketchy but the home itself is safe and kept clean. The drive to downtown is quick and easy to get to our new favorite coffee shop.. Eight Ball Coffee.

Mary Kay was a wonderful host for my bachelorette trip. She even left us snacks and a complimentary bottle of wine! Her home is stunning and absolutely perfect for myself and my 7 bridesmaids! It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. I would absolutely stay here again!

First off I want to say if you’re wanting to book this Air bnb do it. Don’t hesitate. My experience at this beautiful home was more than words can express. Kseniya was an amazing host and made it possible for me and my family to come enjoy memorial weekend. This weekend was very special to us and I wanted to treat my husband for serving our country. My husband just got home from the military after 4 years of serving in Korea and he deserved a nice vacation. From the neighborhood to the house to the rooms everything was amazing. The home felt like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub were the most amazing amenity the home has to offer in my opinions. Kseniya was very responsive to every question I had and very helpful with the pool and hot tub. She offers a lot of towels, bed sheets, comforters everything you need is there. We loved this home so much we are definitely booking again soon!! I did not want to leave I felt sad leaving. Thank you for hosting us and caring for us. 🩷

The house was perfect for our family vacation to San Antonio! Everyone especially enjoyed the outdoor space. There was plenty of room and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

I would not hesitate to book this gem of a house. The amount of care and love the owners have shines through every detail. The mattress/ linens to the beautiful leather chairs...everything feels high-end and really comfortable. The Spanish tiles and the whole vibe is great. And it is very spacious. Its just really calming as soon as you get in the house. The grounds are just as beautiful. The old trees and the pool were outstanding. The hosts are very sweet and kind. One hundred percent recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay in the SKYHOUSE! Everything was perfect and absolutely spotless. It was by far one of the most peaceful and memorable stays that we’ve ever had. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. We loved it so much that we want to come back every year.

We had a great family reunion here. We cooked most of our meals at home and hung out at the house a lot. It was very comfortable and had beautiful views of the hill country in the morning while we had our coffee. It was wonderful to have all of the coffee, toiletries and cooking staples that we needed provided for us. Jonathan and Valarie were extremely helpful and responsive. It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning home! Our check is was smooth and the host was great. It was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The back yard was big and secure for our pups. The hot tub was the star of the show and the pool house was equipped with fun family activities. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

Our stay was just what we needed. The communication aside from the house was the highlight of our trip. Every “issue” was responded to in a timely and effective manor.

Mary was an amazing hostess and really went out of her way to make our trip special. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and Mary took the time to leave out cold champagne and treats for us. It was so very special and thoughtful. A trip we will never forget! Mary’s house is perfect a weekend couples retreat away from the city and so very quaint. We can’t wait to come back again! The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

This place exceed our expectations! Beautiful views and very quiet. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was clean and they had it ready for us to jump in. Our dogs loved the yard and were not able to get out. We would stay again!

Awesome weekend getaway and exactly as advertised. Rare combination of history and modernity - you can picture yourself in the 1800s and then hop in the AC! We went to celebrate a birthday and found David’s place to be perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the goats, the local plums and goat cheese, and just wish we had more time to explore the area! Highly recommend for couples looking to escape for a weekend. David was friendly and informative. He lives on part of the property but you still feel secluded and private.

Stunning scenery and beautiful home. It felt private but also close to restaurants and things to do. Our family of 5 was very comfortable! I wish we could have stayed longer!

This property was so lovely and had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Place was even better than the photos, the outdoor space was amazing to hang out and enjoy a swim or dip in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and kitchen and bathrooms were clean. We even had a surprise visitor from a local German shepherd dog who came and hung out with us by the pool one evening. We have already said we would love to come back to this home next year.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as stated in the description..maybe better! The pool area is so nice, and the hot tub was perfect. We did encounter a few critters but I would say that's expected given the surroundings. Definitely make sure you wear sandals around the pool area .I almost stepped on a scorpion! We loved EVERYTHING about this place and would definitely come back and stay again.

Oh my goodness, Burning Creek was a dream! From 15 to 73, we all loved it. It was the perfect place to celebrate not one, but two birthdays! (Our family of 6 included 3 generations, and mom and son share a birthday.) It was also the perfect location to visit Texas Tubes for tubing, Wimberly for a romantic anniversary dinner, and the outlet mall. We loved our starlit swims and late night chats by the beautiful pool. We hope to come back soon!
