Vacation rentals with a patio in San Antonio River

Good place

This was our second stay at Laura's and we look forward to returning again in August. This apartment is extremely clean, has comfortable beds and couch, a great TV for movie nights, and is super convenient to Trinity University. The neighborhood is also very safe. Lara is an exceptional host - super responsive and helpful. We had a mishap on our last day and broke something. I felt so bad but Lara was so kind professional. Just one more reason this is our go-to place when we visit our kids in San Antonio!

Great stay. Neighborhood was quiet, house was very clean and comfortable. Evelyn was a lovely host, and communicated well. Only downside was there was no outlet in the bathroom, and no mirror in the second bedroom where there were outlets which made getting dressed a little difficult but we managed.

We were in town for my son’s graduation from BMT at Lackland Air Force, Would definitely say here again. Thanks for everything. Teresa

I enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, very close to the Riverwalk and where I was spending most of my time in town. The room was very cute, comfortable and cozy.

Leonard was very helpful, informative, and kept in communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a room to stay in. Rather you’re visiting the area on vacation or you need a break from daily routine and simply choose to have a fun night out in downtown San Antonio this is the place to go!!

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

We had a great stay, we had many restaurants we could walk to. She had clear, easy instructions. Place looked exactly like the pictures. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay. The small added features were amazing. We locked ourselves out at 1:45 in the morning coming in from a wedding and thought for sure we were not going to get anyone, and Monica was PHENOMENAL. Responded quickly and we got back in. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The atmosphere was amazing! Extremely cute, cozy, and so relaxing. Everything about the space made us feel right at home, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy our weekend in San Antonio. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the home. It’s perfect for a couple traveling or a single traveler. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

A very nice place to stay for a night, as we did. Very clean! Easy instructions for everything we needed. The location was fairly close to the main place I was for most of the trip. Overall a very worthwhile place to stay.

What a lovely home! We went for a weekend with friends and loved it. The home is very well set up and cozy- has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable! We were close to so many great spots- highly recommend!

Close to the Alamodome, Alamo, and Riverwalk. Neighborhood looks rough in spots, but theres so much work going on with renovations and the natural cycles cities go through “reviualizions”. In other words, you’ll see some older properties needing some love, but you’ll also see some nice cool renovated ones like this one in a safe area. Good fenced in area for the pups to snoot around and run a little, shower gives a great relaxing steam, and we walked about a mile to the riverwalk (c’mon, 2 miles total?, you’ll need it after some margs) or even less to the Alamodome ( how did houston not win it all after the Duke game magic?!?!) We’d stay again Thus

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

This place was very convenient for our stay there’s many things to do around this location. The place was clean and looked just like the photos. I have no complaints about this place it was very spacious for my family of 5. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time in Canyon Lake and staying in this condo. Check-in was seamless, Roy was very responsive, everything was clean, and the area is so peaceful. The property manager on site was also very friendly. Our first night there, deer approached the back door and we had the opportunity to feed them which was so fun! There is a grocery store 3 minutes away. There are restaurant options all within 10 minutes or less. Wimberely is only <25 minutes away so we were able to enjoy the hill country without feeling like we had to drive too far. Highly recommend this stay and hope to come again!
