Condo vacation rentals in San Antonio River

The stay was as described and the host communicated well. There were no unexpected issues. We would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary out in New Braunfels to visit Gruene. The condo was the perfect distance and had everything we needed! The check in process was seamless and the host was so welcoming and attentive. They were fantastic to work with! Thank you for making our trip one to remember!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for a few nights, and we were thoroughly delighted. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the overall comfort of the property was exceptional. Each room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere. Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed on our grips trip with 5 of us. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. The location was super convenient. We walked to downtown Gruene every day and walked to Rockin’ R river rides to float all of Saturday. We had so much fun. Would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed at Elena's place before and came back because of how comfortable our previous stay was. It was just as comfortable this time. We really appreciate the air conditioning being turned down for our arrival ... it makes for a very welcoming respite. Beds are super comfortable! Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a plus. Very clean. We'll be back. This is located in a great location. We've stayed in parts of Seguin that are questionable, and this is not in that area.

Enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Josh and Whitney were easy to work with and communicated well with us. Easy access to the river, pool, and local amenities! Highly recommend!

It was very easy to check in and not hard to find at all when I walked it everything was very clean and welcoming I will for sure keep an eye open next time I’m in town so I can stay again

My friends and I had a lovely stay here! The location of this apartment can't be beat if you're in San Marcos to enjoy the tubing, the restaurants, or the outlet mall. It was very centrally located and made all of our trips in the car super short. I had only one question upon leaving, and the host responded within 15 minutes of my sending it. Very helpful!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

We ordered our groceries online at the Brookshire Brothers and picked them up on our way, is like 2 minutes away. The place is cozy, clean and quiet. We relaxed by the pool everyday and went for walks. We feed the deer’s everyday and they came for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our son had a blast. The lake is like 5 minutes away. This place is awesome for connecting with nature. The host was great too, a lot of amenities and even a coffee station with everything you need. We will definitely have to come back.

This is our 2nd time staying at Lyle’s place and it was just as great this trip! Perfect location and space for us on our anniversary/babymoon getaway 🥰

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

Nice, cute place, easy to access and get around to/from. Carrie was responsive and accommodating to my couple of questions. All good, had a great stay at Carrie's place.

Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Amazing spot! Close to some good eats and the lake. The Villas pool was very nice! Very clean condo and when I had questions Kelly responded within 5mins! We will book again.

It was a great stay very quiet and relaxing the kitchen was beautiful and the bathroom as well. The walk in closet was nice and loved that we had two king beds, washer and dryer was nice to have just incase! Always great to have a hot tub and pool!

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

I had a health crisis the first night of my stay. The hosts were very understanding when family members came down to help my husband with my grandkids ( which pushed us one person over the max allowed). I can say the condo is lovely and so cutely decorated. The pool is large and mostly shaded. My grandkids saw a lot of deer and birds around the well-kept property. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

The condo was perfect for our visit to Gruene & concerts at Gruene Hall.

The pictures do not show the full beauty of the property! From the moment we stepped onto the balcony, I did not want to leave! Beautiful home, beautiful and quiet location. Multiple great restaurants were down the road. We truly enjoyed our stay here. I can’t wait to book again.
