Great place to stay at was on the outskirts of San Antonio so was peaceful and quiet and H‑E‑B and Walmart was close by hope to stay there again someday

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

Just an amazing place. It’s been a few years since we’ve been here, and it’s still perfect! The creek is a bonus, and travel time to downtown Cibolo was a nice drive. Highly recommend.

I loved my long weekend stay! It was perfectly located near downtown however just far enough away that you are not in the hustle and bustle. The river walk is just a couple blocks away and walks right into downtown, which I used several times. If you are going to San Antonio I would highly recommend Jen’s spot!

I could go on and on about Ashley and Alan, after our short stay I feel like they are family now. They are so kind and respectful of privacy but also willing to chat and treat us with love and respect! Their space was cute and cozy and just what we needed for our trip, the bed was comfy and the bathroom is so cool with the waterfall sink. One of our favorite parts was the awesome hot tub we could relax in, even in the heat of May with almost 100° days the nights cooler down enough to enjoy a nice soak. Their place is close enough to many things so we would drive to surrounding towns to experience the hill country. We will absolutely be back and are already trying to plan a time to make that happen! I 100% recommend staying with them if you have the chance, you will leave blessed and refreshed. 💕

The house is adorable! Bathrooms were super clean. We walked to a concert and home again. We saved a lot on parking and Ubers, so the cost of this one night stay was about equivalent to what a hotel plus Uber or parking would’ve cost us. Elisa was responsive! Great place- we’ll definitely stay again!

My wife and I took a short vacation away from our kids at Shelly's cabin and it was beautiful, quiet, and restorative. Exactly what we were looking for. The views of the lake are amazing and we spent hours sitting on the screened-in porch.

Casita was the perfect size for a couple. So well done and equipped. Just the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect. Highly recommend it, will be coming back.

Our stay at Pat’s place was great! I would recommend this place to a friend & definitely will try to stay here again next time we come to San Antonio. Pat was quickly responsive for any questions we had and the place was super cute with the backyard area being full of cute plants. Thanks Pat!

The perfect spot to relax. I enjoyed the red lights at night… felt like a spa! Be surrounded by trees, rabbits, lovely dogs and incredible views such as watching sunset at the hammock…. It’s just unbelievable to narrate it. You need to feel it… it’s a genuine feeling of true love that fulfill your soul! 100% + infinite recommended place

The place was beautiful, as described and in a convenient location. The host gave clear, easy instructions. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.

The home was very clean and looked exactly as pictured! Check in was easy and we had no issues at all during our stay. The driveway is incredibly steep and pretty uncomfortable to park on but aside from that everything was perfect.

Great little weekend getaway. Exactly what we needed. Very nice views of the rolling hills and mountain tops and very tranquil. The tiny home was the perfect size and the hot tub was the last perfect touch. Thank you for hosting us. It was delightful.

Place was Amazing! Very close to town, making driving to Restaurants/Exploring really nice and easy. Hot tub was nice and private made the evening very enjoyable. Very nice and cozy atmosphere at night as well.

The view was beautiful, the house was like home. It's conveniently located near the lake and stores. I'll definitely be making reservations in the future.

we stayed here for 4 nights and loved it here! this tiny home fits 2 adults, a toddler with his pack and play, and a small dog with her kennel perfectly! we were greeted by goats daily and feeding them was the highlight of our day! this house has everything we needed, and the host even went above and beyond, left us corn to feed the goats with, coffee to start our day, snacks and water, and a baby bathtub for our son! it has a beautiful view of the ranch, lovely porch and outdoor space for my son and pup to roam and enjoy. everything around that we wanted to do was less than 20 minutes away, super convenient! absolutely would recommend this place!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this beautiful little cottage over memorial weekend. The cottage is small but so well laid out that actually there’s loads of space and can sleep a family of 4-6 people easily. We enjoyed being by the river, the nice big lawn (we brought a slip n slide) and its nice and quiet but still close to Gruene and New Braunfels. We had a great time. And the cottage is so beautifully decorated and attention to detail to everything. Loved it. Highly recommend it and the hosts were super helpful but we didn’t really need anything.

This place is just magical. The views are breathtaking. The deer are always coming up to the pool. It’s so neat. We came to visit the lake and ended up never leaving the home unless we were grabbing food. The kids loved the loft. It was well stocked, clean and super cozy! We definitely will be visiting again!

This was the perfect place for our writing retreat! Lovely and quiet. The daily walks to the river ingnighted our creativity! Thank you so much and I will be back!

Karen and Mikes cabin was just what we needed for a peaceful weekend getaway. 10 for 10 would highly recommend. Mike met us the first night, showed us in, gave us some very good knowledge of the surrounding area. Had the pleasure of getting to talk to them both at breakfast our last day. Do NOT miss out on breakfast, very much worth it, we did one morning, should have done both mornings we were there. Hot tub was a nice touch, and we throughly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Bed was very comfy and our first night slept listening to the rain on the metal roof, just by luck but was peaceful. Certainly can’t wait for another weekend here. If you’re on the fence of booking, don’t be, just go for it!!!

We loved our visit! We booked to have the wide open space for our dog and the nice river access, and both of those delivered. The river water is clear and deep. When you enter it's fairly shallow, but to the left it's chest deep and to the right and you'll find areas where you can't touch the bottom. Walk left along the bank and you'll reach a spot with a bench on a concrete slab where there are rapids. The area is incredibly serene and private. Highlights were the sunrises/sunsets, sounds of nature, and goats next door! It's about a 20 minute drive to Wimberly which has very nice shops and restaurants. Overall, this is the perfect stay for us and we're already considering a second visit!

This stay was amazing. It exceeded our expectations; Josh was extremely nice and responded immediately whenever we reached out. The nature and environment around the cabin felt so peaceful. The bed was actually VERY comfortable; the inside of the cabin was so cozy, we did not want to leave. We will be returning to this destination, undoubtedly, for an even longer stay in the future. I honestly just got home and was excited about giving this place 5 stars, and my girlfriend agrees wholeheartedly! Thanks Josh!
