Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salamanca

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Perfect host and nice place plus quiet and comfortable house.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment in the most perfect location. It was clean, quiet and Monica was very responsive. I would recommend this place and I hope to book it again for future trips to Madrid. 10 out of 10!!

This was the perfect place to stay in Madrid! The highlight of this apartment was definitely the balconies! They were the perfect spot to eat breakfast in the morning and have dinner at night. Also the sunsets!!! Watching the sunset from the bedroom balcony was better than any of the sunset spots throughout the city recommended by the internet, truly UNBEATABLE! Also the apartment itself was super cute and the perfect amount of space for two people. The host was also great! Super helpful explaining exactly how to get inside for check-in as the building can be a little confusing to navigate but their instructions made everything a breeze! They were also super responsive. We had an issue where the power went out for a bit as it turned out a fuse blew and they got an electrician out within a couple hours and it was fixed that evening! Great location, lots of restaurants nearby and grocery stores within easy walking distance, and we felt pretty safe walking around as two young women.

We enjoyed the neighborhood…residential area (so we felt part of the neighborhood) and in easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, fun shops, coffee bars, many museums, the Royal Conservatory of Music (free student performances!).

Cristina’s apartment is a great choice for solo travelers who appreciate a bit of extra comfort, like having a private kitchen and a cozy living area. The terrace is lovely too. Cristina is very communicative and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well with the apartment. Overall, it’s a high-quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

The stay in the the premium neigbourhood of Salamanca matched our expectations. Excellent restaurants a short walk away, well connected to subways and not too loud. I can recommend this place for others, too.

My friends and I had a beautiful stay at Darya’s. The space was modern and clean and we loved the patio. The location was great as well. The only thing not so great was the AC only worked for the living room and not the rooms. Besides that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome location! Perfect stay for a short trip!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!
