Clean, tidy and equipped apartment for a pleasant stay. The apartment's location is a bit peculiar, but the loft meets all the requirements. The instructions and communication were clear and accessible.

Exactly like the pictures, on a quiet street. Supermaket and restaurants in walking distance. Great place to stay. Note: that supermarket is closed on Sundays, so bring a snack if you arrive then.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

This is one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location, easy to check in, super clean and with extra storage for your luggage’s if you arrived early.

We enjoyed our stay at Javier's place. We are traveler's from America and for our first time in Madrid enjoyed our stay. The grocery store next door to the apartment was very convenient, but meant that many people walked by outside. We would not recommend bringing suitcases from the metro to the place due to bumpy streets. After a long day of traveling, the walk from the metro felt long. If we came again, we would stay in city centre area. This area is a residential area where people in Madrid live and we so no other tourists. The neighborhood was full of shops and really nice restaurants with friendly wait staff. We loved El Conquistador restaurant, Baarat Indian Food, and Pizza 814, all close by. Thank you for a good stay.

A lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and linens, and a rarity to have a king sized bed. A/C was amazing to have (and needed during our stay) and worked well. A well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, and great showers. Everything was very modern. And the hosts were always responsive and easy to deal with, especially for a flexible check-in time. Very close to transit, making getting to downtown very easy. Highly recommend!

The loft is truly amazing! It’s beautifully decorated & very charming. Definitely the best place I’ve stayed in during my travels to Europe. The hosts have a penthouse that we also stayed in during our trip that’s also exceptional. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again. 🌸

Mariana's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect with easy access to La Latina and Embajadores neighborhoods. The space itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and gorgeous skylights that fill the apartment with natural light. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I had a lovely time in Catarina’s place! I was able to check in earlier which was great. There is a metro station very close by and multiple of supermarkets within walking distance. The airconditioning was a major plus point and the wifi also worked flawlessly. Only minor downside was that either the neighbours or someone who lives close by was fairly loud in the mornings. I’ve been woken up twice very early by slamming doors. But that is out of Catarina’s control :) Overall, great place! I stayed here by myself but I think this would also be nice for family or friends!
