Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Salamanca

We had to book this listing last minute due to an unexpected leak at our previous stay, and thankfully, the place was ready to go! If you're traveling with a toddler, just be sure to give the host a heads-up in advance for items like a cot or high chair. Since our stay was impromptu, we had to request them upon arrival, and the property manager was kind enough to accommodate us on short notice. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping, and key sights, with excellent public transport options nearby. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and while the kitchen was okay, it was very convenient to have access to a washing machine. Communication with the host was smooth, check-in was easy, and all amenities were as described. Overall, a great stay, especially given the circumstances! Would recommend.

What can I say: exceptional place, the apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need and more. Very new and clean. The host is fabulous, always attentive and helpful. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. The bus stops at the door and getting to the center is very easy. Great supermarket and other markets very close by, even with ready meals and amazing desserts. What else can I say? THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for allowing us to stay at your property, even if it was only for a few days.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. AAA + Place for vacations

The apartment is very comfortable and excellently located. The building is safe and very clean. It has a pool and gym. Juan Andrés is a very warm person and very willing to help and recommend. We had a great stay in Madrid. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to excellent restaurants and connected to all of Madrid by the metro and bus. Highly recommended

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Rafael's place was perfectly located on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood. Great location for exploring the city. Rafael was responsive and communicative. The house was exactly as described. We'd stay again.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

A perfect apartment, with everything you need to stay in Madrid. The metro station is very close and there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also to be appreciated is the beautiful park with a bike path, which is also illuminated at night. Impeccable availability of hosts. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely choose this place again.
