Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Madrid

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Perfect host and nice place plus quiet and comfortable house.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

This is definitely an oasis in the middle of Madrid. We really enjoyed living in this “work of art” for a few days. We had our 12 year old daughter with us and she loved having access to all the awesome drawing supplies and pretty much her own cool hang out space. We loved our stay here. Thank you again

Beautiful appartment with amazing terrace in the sunshine which would be so much more expensive if any closer into Madrid. It was perfect for visiting Bernebeu and 20 mins into centre by metro or taxi. Nice quiet bars in local area and good pastry shop below and supermarket nearby. Brilliant host and would highly recommend.

A magnificent place 30 minutes from Madrid. The house is located in a spectacular natural setting. The house's decoration is amazing, very tasteful, very clean, very cozy to spend a few relaxing days in the jacuzzi. To return and spend more days. They kindly let us leave a little later than check-out, everything was great.

Cristina’s apartment is a great choice for solo travelers who appreciate a bit of extra comfort, like having a private kitchen and a cozy living area. The terrace is lovely too. Cristina is very communicative and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well with the apartment. Overall, it’s a high-quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

Very nice and comfortable place. Location according to us was very good. Close to metro station, about 3-5 min and you can reach city center in about 30-40 min. Free parking on the street but you gotta look for a space which is normal. I recommend!

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Maria is a charming & delightful host. Her place is light filled & tastefully decorated & we so enjoyed the green patio at the end of a hot day in Madrid. The bus stop was not even a minute, supermarkets within a 3 minute walk & we used the buses everyday. We liked the place so much, we booked it for another week, next week, this time with our cat. Kitchen had everything we required, including ground coffee for our immediate use. Everything was easily available, washer and outdoor drying. I wasn’t disturbed by the street noises. The area has a Brooklynesque vibe & I felt right at home. Building is very secure.

We enjoyed our stay on this apartment. It was clean and met all our needs. Very nice rooms. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

I had an excellent stay at Jose’s property! From the moment I booked, communication was clear and prompt, and the host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The location was perfect.
