If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Everything was exceptional, the apartment was very clean and nicer in person than in the photos. Special mention to the detail that they had of leaving us things for breakfast. We definitely recommend it.

Laura is a great host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is conveniently located for a large part of the city center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully there. The decor is super luxurious and clean. Folding out the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Sandra María is beautiful, María too, her place is very quiet if you want to be close to the center, in a clean place, well maintained, safe area, as a person Sandra María is incredible, she welcomed us splendidly after hours in an emergency. Maria is super nice, a wonderful lady and very good at her job. Check-in was and we didn't lack anything. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely return to their accommodation without a doubt. We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

We were surprised by the location of the home, its was next to a cafe and felt like it was once one! We were greeted by a friend of the host, and everything was explained to us very nicely. The place was well equipped,clean and comfortable for 6 of us. It is located near public transport, and amazing supermarkets selling great fruits nearby! We enjoyed our stay here.

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

The apartment is way nicer than the pictures. The shower in the half bathroom is pretty small but to tell the truth, I wasn’t expecting to have a second shower. The location couldn’t be better. I will come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Pedro for a wonderful stay

The apartment is in an area full of clubs, taverns and shops. There is a Mercadona supermarket right in front and for higher-end products, a very well-stocked Spanish and Italian wine shop and food specialties. There were 5 of us and the interior space is adequate, the rooms match the published photos. Wi-Fi at 300/400 Mbps and state-of-the-art Smart TV.

It is a cozy accommodation, conveniently located, you have a shop in front of the apartment, fruit trees and mini markets which helps a lot, in addition to the two train stations

Cecilia was very friendly, always answered all my questions and quickly. The apartment is very good as shown in the photos, the location is great, the Justicia neighborhood has everything and is close to many tourist places.
