We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the hosting was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have great memories of our stay. We would recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly come back if we have a chance!

Pleasant stay, the accommodation is very well furnished and provided with essentials. In addition, it is a 5-minute walk to a beach, perfect for resting or walking. Hosts are very responsive. Very good address for a relaxing holiday. The only downside is that parking accessibility is sometimes complicated.

Chantal answered our questions very quickly before the stay. Marie, who welcomes you, is extremely friendly, responsive, dynamic. The bedding is really good. The accommodation is as described and extremely clean. I recommend planning the parking space with Chantal because depending on the season it's not easy to park. TIP-TOP apartment from the point of view of location, cleanliness/hygiene, complete equipment and quality of sleeping. Note that the apartment is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible. Lise and Pascal are very friendly and communicative. A MUST in the area.

We had a great time in this bright, very comfortable, perfectly equipped apartment, which has stunning views of the beach and the old town of St-Malo. We enjoyed the calm and charm of the Bas-Sablons beach, the ballet of walkers on the dike, the boules players, the good mood. The small private garden and its sumptuous rose bush currently in bloom, just outside the door, is an additional asset. We highly recommend this listing.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Spacious, bright and very well located accommodation 5' from Saint Enogat beach and close to two bakeries, a creperie and a seafood restaurant. Very quiet because it is set back from the street. Didn't get to meet Léa but had exchanges via SMS and phone so no worries.
