You will stay in a small 30 m² house without an outside area but only a 3-minute walk to the beach, 9 minutes to the thalasso and 13 minutes to downtown Dinard on foot. In Saint-Enogat, you will find all the shops you need for your stay.

Accommodation adjoining ours, we are easily available.

On the ground floor of a beautiful building, the apartment (fully renovated) consists of: a large living/dining room with open equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Beds 140 and 160), a sleeping mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 young children (Hsp 115 cm), a bathroom and a toilet. (Mezzanine with 1 double bed 140 and 2 single beds 90). Linens and towels are not provided. Area 75 m².

In a quiet building, on the 3rd and top floor, with elevator and balcony, its proximity to the greenway will allow you to enjoy the 3 bikes available, one of which is equipped with a baby seat. A parking space in the basement will accommodate your vehicle safely during your stay. On request: electric vehicle socket, extra charge of €10/day.
