This large holiday home is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. Completely renovated in 2024. Carefully decorated, every detail has been thought out to offer comfort and well-being, creating a peaceful atmosphere and bathed in light. Ideally located, La Grande Plage de sable de Saint-Lunaire is within walking distance (700m). The village center and its shops are only 5 minutes walk away (bakery, restaurants...). Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Treat yourself to a relaxing break between Saint-Malo and Dinard, just 30 km from Cap Fréhel. Come and enjoy the seascape and its benefits in a house designed for rest and well-being. A sauna is available all year round and a private heated pool, equipped with a telescopic enclosure, is available from April to September. IMPORTANT: Parties, gatherings or the presence of people outside the reservation are strictly prohibited and controlled.

Linens are not provided, but if you want to travel light, you can rent bed linens and towels at the rate of €21 per person (bed made on arrival). Guests can also enjoy a pleasant garden to relax or dine.

Small terraced house without exterior of about 50 m on 3 levels ,located between the village of Saint Lunaire and the city of Dinard . 100 meters from several beautiful beaches and a beautiful hiking path..( the customs trail)! Private parking space. We have 2 fairly steep stairs that are not suitable for people with mobility problems and small children (no safety barrier). Toilets on the first floor.

A person 1.60 m tall will sleep very well there :) Possibility to unfold the living room sofa for 2 additional beds if needed. Linens and towels are to be provided. My housekeeper can provide them for an extra charge
