A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! Chantal answered our questions very quickly before the stay. Marie, who welcomes you, is extremely friendly, responsive, dynamic. The bedding is really good. The accommodation is as described and extremely clean. I recommend planning the parking space with Chantal because depending on the season it's not easy to park. A big thank you to both of you ladies.

Claudia and Stephanie were very responsive , friendly and helpful as was Mikaela who met me at the property. The apartment is so charming and lovely Absolutely amazing views of the ocean. Absolutely loved staying here so quote and peaceful. Great location for the beaches, walking the ramparts and walking the old town. Comfortable bed and soothing sounds of the waves. Definitely recommend!!!!!

we booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the amenities to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (with the exception of the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

We are so grateful to have had the chance to spend a week in Antoine, Caroline and Lea’s beautiful house in St Briac. The location is unbeatable, tucked away so as to be peaceful but within a short walk of the beaches, restaurants and shops in a very special village. We were four adults and one toddler. The house was perfectly equipped for all of us and beautifully designed. we could not have asked for more and hope to return!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we immediately felt at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even with less weather, it is a super cozy house. We enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for hosting us. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Great location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to accommodate our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

A fabulous stay at Claire's house in the heart of Dinard! A haven of peace, the countryside a few minutes from the beach and shops. I can only recommend this house!

We stayed in this home for three nights. And we're three of us. Wanted two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a place which is close by to Mont st Michel, Dinan and St malo. so the search narrowed down to Margots's place. The photographs look stunning. The hot tub, hammam, the white furniture, super comfy beds stood out. And belive me, it's exactly as portrayed. Unfortunately it was really hot, so we really couldn't enjoy the tub steam sauna for which we should do a trip in winters. Margot was very helpful. From checkin to checkout. She was there. Inspite of our language barrier, the communication was precise. We travel the world, specially driving trips and always stay in Airbnbs. This is in our top league. We will remember forever. We so wish we had stayed longer but there is so much around, that we would get out in morning and come late to sleep. Which helped as the bed comfort and linen is 10/10. Kudos Margot!

Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. The apartment is comfortable and practical and very well-equipped. It is in a well-maintained residence. We loved being a 7-minute walk from 2 very beautiful small beaches. Also very convenient for visiting Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental car to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The place was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge
