This is a gorgeous place and has everything you need. Room was very comfortable. Super clean. There should be a cut off check in time for a shared style accommodation like this so you are not woken up multiple times by inconsiderate guests who think it’s ok to turn up past midnight, switch on all the lights, move around endlessly and even try watching the tv. It is not a hotel. Hosts are very caring and responsive.

We had a great stay and a great night’s sleep! The room was very cozy, cute and extremely clean and we loved the house with its beautiful Victorian accents. The swan on the bed was awesome and super well done! Definitely a place we would return to if we pass through Saint John again.

Très bel auberge, situé à 30-40 minutes d’auto (allant jusqu’à 2 heures, si vous êtes courageux) de superbes attractions gaspésiennes. Propre, chaleureux (l’endroit comme l’hôte), invitant, envoûtant, on sent que l’endroit a toujours été entretenu avec amour et qu’il a beaucoup d’histoire. L’hôte répondait non seulement toujours en quelques secondes et nous a fait de très bonnes recommandations de choses à faire, mais il était d’abord et avant tout très sympathique. Rien à négatif à dire, même en cherchant fort! Merci Benoit, pour tout!!!

We had a wonderful night at the Magnolia Inn. The house is beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. The king-sized bed was very comfy and the ensuite bath was huge with a terrific shower. Craig gave us clear instructions and welcomed us when we arrived. Self-serve coffee and tea were always available. We would definitely return!

Conveniently located ! Thoughtfully restored vintage cottage motel . Thankful that people are restoring instead of building new . Convenient to park right outside of door and to have our own porch . Love these roadside treasures ! Pristine grounds and buildings inside and out . Across the road from ocean so unfortunately another motel is in between making water view limited . Still a very nice place to stay . Highly recommended.

Clean, quiet. It was mud season so a lot of places were closed. We were visiting our son, so it was nice to be close to him. We had a private bath, would be uncomfortable using the showers in the hall bathrooms. Stay was nice would stay there again.
