Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

This apartment is in a great location for exploring one on Montreal’s great neighbourhoods and enjoying a wide selection of nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was surprisingly quiet, well-appointed and comfortable, with easy access to affordable paid parking. The host was very responsive and dealt with a maintenance issue efficiently. Thank you for a great stay!

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

This is now the third time that we have stayed at this place in Cornwall and it didn't disappoint. The place has everything you need, and more. Thoughtful touches around the space, (makeup remover, bandaids, laundry facilities, coffee and hot chocolate, basic condiments) make you feel right at home.

It was very nice and I felt right at home. Everything matched the description and Sophie was a very nice responsive host I would definitely recommend and book again very soon !

The place is brand new and super clean!

I really enjoyed my entire stay here. The place is even better than pictured, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. Small backyard very handy for middle of the night dog duty ;-) and laundry facilities really great. Please note that parking is challenging and I found it easier to pay for a 24 hour parking facility just a block away. That said, the street parking made it easy to load and unload, it's just limited by time. The location can't be beat - right near excellent restaurants and very close to Old Quebec City. Great job, Dave and Clara!

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!

Cozy, clean & quiet! Beautiful surrounding nature and easy access to the walking path around the lake. Will definitely come back!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Really a great stay, everything was perfect! The accommodation is new, clean with all amenities. Near restaurants with a good morning coffee. Having my little dog with me was clearly a plus! Definitely would recommend 😊

Neil and Deb’s place is perfect for exploring nearby Burlington or just relaxing and enjoying the lake. The view and lake access are unbeatable! Would definitely stay again, and our doggos agree :)

Rick was a WONDERFUL host and was extremely helpful in both communication and friendliness. The room was PERFECT as it was quiet and the kitchen was wonderful to make breakfast in and sit on the porch. Again, it was quiet and peaceful and we had full access to the amenities of the building. We will definitely be returning next year.

Very good location. Short walk to sight seeing areas and very close to transportation. Nice and clean unit with everything we needed available. Marlène is a good communicator and was very accommodating to my requests. Very happy with our stay!

Our group of 4 (two couples) were so appreciative of the wonderfully decorated and equipped space Marc and Pierre-Marc had waiting for us. The location was great, walking distance to Old Québec, and conveniently near a grocery store, a gourmet store, various coffee shops and restaurants. (La Boîte à pain makes a delightful lemon meringue pie!) The (included!) parking was near enough that even with rain, it didn't feel inconvenient. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine - it went very well with the cheese and paté we brought home from Le Grand Marché! Thank you for making our first visit to Québec City so comfortable!

All good... Unless you want to spend a bunch more to be right in the village this is a great spot. This stay was in the off season, the Shuttle bus schedule to the village is not great in the off season so the choice was a bit of a walk or a short drive to the free parking near the cabriolet... Or you can pay way more and find something in the village...

The Condo was clean, bright, comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made cooking easier. The bed was comfortable!!!! The only challenge was finding the correct parking garage. The garage address did not allow access. Alyson helped me to locate the street that was allowing access to the garage. I highly recommend this condo.
