This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bedroom on the main floor was great for my parents who require accessibility. Lyster is a beautiful little village. One of the highlights is access to the Parc Lineaire des Bois-Francs. A trail that goes on forever surrounded by farmland. It was a lovely surprise. If you are looking for an Airbnb in this area, look no further. This one is fabulous.

Donna went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay for my partner and I. This is the second time we stayed with her, and we cannot say enough about the beautiful location, the clean and functional space, the peacefulness of the ambiance and her genuine kindness throughout the experience. We are so grateful for her personal touches and going the extra mile to provide such a comfortable space. We 1000% recommend this stay!

Ani’s garden oasis was adorable! It was just the right amount of space for us. It’s spacious and cozy. We enjoyed ourselves. We look forward to visiting again.

A wonderful stop on our road trip. Beautiful view of the St. John River and we even got a chance for a quick paddle in the morning before we left. It would be great to have a barbeque or something to cook on outside.

Wonderful stay, the place was in a beautiful location, walkable to Wolfe’s Neck Farm where we love to walk. My husband and I were there the first few days, then our adult daughter joined us for two nights. The place is small (described accurately) but the three of us found it very workable. The king bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of outside patio space to lounge and soak up the sun when it was out. This was a work trip for us as we were getting a property in a nearby town ready for sale. We didn’t have time to use the provided kayaks but hope to in a future stay. The hosts very friendly and accommodating, highly recommended this property.

This was our second stay at David's place. The unit is always squeaky clean and has lots of little touches that make us feel at home. Hosts are friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

We had a very pleasant three weeks at our host's. She is extremely kind, discreet and always smiling, and we enjoyed chatting with her a lot. The suite is comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, a real peaceful little haven. And special mention for his cat Billy, absolutely adorable! Beautiful property with special flair, conveniently located to everything we wanted, including the Dartmouth campus. Heidi and Brendan are tremendous hosts and they added a richness to the experience. We’ll definitely be back!!!

This 2nd floor, large studio is a 9 minute straight drive on the main road into Bar Harbor for restaurants, shopping & groceries. It’s very close to one of the park entrances. Having our own parking spot was great & loved the sky lights for fresh cool air day & night. This is a spacious studio with everything you need relax before & after you head out to enjoy all the natural beauty the island & Acadia have to offer.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Stephanie was a very responsive and helpful host. Enjoyed the views from the back yard and the use of the Hot tub. Stephanie had thoughtfully provided robes to use with the Hot Tub.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb. David’s place has the best stocked kitchen hands down. I loved all the coffee and tea options. There’s also a fridge full of wine. Checking out the snack basket was fun too. David also has a huge record album collection, a surround sound audio system and a huge TV in the living room and bedroom. All of which makes it fun to stay inside, explore and relax. The basement apartment is down the hill with 10-12 stone steps. David offered to help unload our car. If you have mobility issues, the steps could be a challenge. The bathroom door is warped and doesn’t close. If you require privacy, that might bother you. All in all, David’s place is rustic and cozy. David himself is a kind host. The area is green and beautiful. I didn’t get a chance to fish in the lake across the street though I read it’s quite nice. Burlington VT is a nice one hour road trip. Lots of hiking trails nearby if you prefer something closer.

Danielle is kind and very attentive. She helped me with everything. Her place is beautiful, full of peace, the river, the sunsets, and she allowed my family to visit on Saturday. The place is immaculate, clean, and has everything you need. We felt right at home! Thank you!

I chose Michel’s apartment because of the convenient parking, but I didn’t realize what an amazing location it was. We were one block off of a street lined with shops, cafes and restaurants—and not the ones that cater to tourists. We were a short walk to the more touristy area, but why would we ever leave this great neighborhood?

Kahina was so willing to accommodate our special requests from securely storing and charging our bikes, to providing a little milk for my coffee. She was all about making our experience great and she knew how to do it.

Loved our stay here. It was spotless, charming, and comfortable. Lots of cute touches everywhere, from the curated games to the birdwatching binoculars by the entrance. The backyard is lovely. Bed was cozy and the room was dark - got a great night's sleep. Was great to have access to laundry as well. Although we traveled here in late May, we asked beforehand if we could use the sauna, and the hosts accommodated our request. Would definitely stay again!

Tekla and James place (or should I say Freyja’s place) is incredible! The scenery is beautiful and peaceful, yet close to so many amenities and towns. The apartment is spotless, has everything we need, and has the best greeter (their malamute Freyja). This was our third time staying here and we will be back - it is simply the perfect spot for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Our stay at the end of August 2024 at Francis and Geneviève's Airbnb was very pleasant. A nice warm welcome, a very well-equipped kitchen as well as Francis's availability to help us use the equipment was very much appreciated. The place is bright and suited us perfectly. An extraordinary view of the River makes it possible to spend very good times on the veranda. Thank you so much.
