There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

We lived in this suburban home with sidewalks and a beautiful backyard for six months. We enjoyed being close to Mosaic and Riverside Road, which provided easy access to shopping and other amenities. We spent a hectic winter at this home, and the owners were gracious enough always to have the snow removed and the yard mowed. We had a dog with us, and the squirrels, rabbits, and birds were plentiful for him to run around the yard chasing them. The owners were responsive to addressing any issues that needed attention. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a quiet, off-the-beaten-track experience!

We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and it was a 10/10 experience. The house was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. Private, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts really have thought of everything to stock to make sure you have what you need. We really enjoyed the propane fire pit and all of the chairs/swings on the porches. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here!

David and Alla were AMAZING! This was the single best AirBnB stay we have ever had. Our hosts went above and beyond with their amazing hospitality. There were some fresh items in the fridge, and some snacks. They also had personal touches that were very special. I felt like we left as friends. I recommend them very strongly as great hosts!

What a beautiful place. My boyfriend and I went out for the weekend and loved it. It was super secluded as there was no sound of cars or traffic, also no neighbors. The dock and the pond were gorgeous and the fairly lights around the treehouse. There was a Greta market 3 minutes away too for food and anything we needed. One thing is that it doesn't have an oven and the stovetop smelt when heated.
