Villa vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

My family and I loved it, from the location by the beach to the look and feel of the home. We enjoyed waking up to do yoga and exercise in the large back yard or just laying out there in the sun. Anette was extremely kind, communicative and quick to respond when we had questions. All in all it was a great stay.

The stay was incredible, my family and I spent beautiful days in Orlando, everything was perfect, the house is very well equipped and beautiful, all rooms are suites, which made a total difference for our family. Communication with Paul was very good, very attentive, I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much

Stayed at Dan’s home for about 8 days with my family to celebrate my wedding weekend. The home was so beautiful, pool was fun and the kitchen was stocked up with seasonings, tons of pots and pans for us to cook at home and the movie theater/game room was a great bonus, the kids had a great time! Everything was exactly like the pictures although I did think the pool was a bit smaller than I expected in the photos but it was still super fun and comfortably fit 7 people. I would definitely stay at Dan’s home again!

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Rennata’s home was great for my family. She was very proactive with her communication leading up to and during the trip. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was family friendly. I would recommend this home and would return. Thanks Rennata.

Serena is really an incredible host. She is very responsive and always replies to any issues (which have always been minor) or questions we have. We have already reserved a stay for next summer.

We stayed on vacation to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had an absolute blast. We relaxed at the house about three days and the rest of the time we had some pretty fun things planned. The house itself was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. Its was really well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and cups. We really enjoyed the pool and game garage. The pool was also very well stocked with pool noodles and swim rings. Along with the garage having plenty of games and the board games too. The house was centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you would need and more pretty close by. Pam was also very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. Her communication was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and that truly meant a lot. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

The house was very roomy, peaceful and private. They had everything at the house that a family could need! The resort was also a plus with the water park and other amenities. Having a pool right at the house and being so close to Disney were also a HUGE plus! Our entire group loved the house and loved how we weren’t all crowded on top of each other. The grill on site was also a huge plus as we grilled a few nights while we were there. The host is very responsive and answers messages right away! Would definitely recommend to a family traveling to the area and we will more than likely book again! Thank you!

Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

Ekaterina was a great host! The house was beautiful and fit us all comfortably. The kids never got out of the pool, and it was a nice, quick walk to the beach! Would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay, Reunion resort is an excellent location close to all the parks and very safe and spotlessly clean, the house was easy to find and straightforward to access. Michael had provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The balcony from the main bedroom was great to sit and enjoy a sunrise with an excellent coffee and our teenagers loved having their own house and games area in the pool house, which had a pool table, pin ball, space invaders and a karaoke machine, If we travel to Orlando again we will certainly re book the house and would whole heartedly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orlando.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

Susane’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our spring break vacation! It was in a great neighborhood, with every appliance, utensil, linen and towels we could have needed during our stay. My kids had a great time in the pool and it was only a 20’ish minute jaunt to both Disney and Universal Studios. I absolutely recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again in the future!! Thanks, Susane!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. We stayed for eight nights and the home is beautiful. Just as the pictures. The home is very clean as well. I would love to stay again.

Thank you Chanda and Matthew for letting us check in early. The house was beautiful, and clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. Kids and grown ups enjoyed the game/theater room. Every night we had movie night, in the theater room. It was only a 30 minute drive to Magic Kingdom. My nephew enjoyed his workout at the Clubhouse. The kitchen was well stocked. I was surprise at the amount of silverware, utensils, and dinnerware provided. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children, the house was comfortable for everyone to hangout together or have their own space.

Booked this place for me and my 2 work buddies for a 3 night work session and it was amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions. When i come back with the family i will definitely rebook this place if available!! Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and makes u feel right at home!!

5 stars all around. I can’t rave enough about how this place had everything we needed. Everything was high quality from the towels to the sheets to the pillows and even the appliances. Every detail was well-thought thru from the kitchen being well-stocked to even baby shampoo/body wash in the master bedroom. Thank you thank you for making our stay incredibly relaxing and stress/worry free.

The host Yane was incredible: responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I honestly didn’t want to leave!
