Townhome vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

Very comfortable and spacious place for our family of 8 which included 2 young kids. Close to shops, restaurants and Universal. The pool area is great! We loved our stay in this house and would highly recommend.

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We loved the house! Very homey and convenient. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t drive or walk the property much but pool was very close. The kids loved it. We took an uber daily to Disney. Nice it was a gated community, felt safe. Would definitely book again.

This property lived up to the poctures. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable. We have stayed at a number of places in Orlando amd other cities. This one is in the top 2 or 3. We would stay again.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

Place was just as described on the website. It was very clean and comfortable and the commute to Disney parks was less than 15 minutes away. Our host was very responsive and prompt each time we had a question.

We spent two weeks at Disney parks and this place was an excellent choice for our family of 3. We were close enough to take breaks during the hottest parts of the day. Andrea's place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities provided and clear instructions for check in/out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent host!!

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

Family had a great time. Great location everything close restaurants, stores, theme parks . Walmart literally walking distance. Lots to do . Home nice & clean kitchen a bathroom already has everything you need . 1 or 2 minor repairs like the railing on lower staircase was loose. A really didn’t understand why dining room table top was not attached to the legs properly I didn’t mind it but with younger kids you want to be careful. Pool was great nice an private. Overall regardless anyone visiting location you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back again in the future

We loved our stay here. We decided very last minute to make a trip to St. Augustine and Marlene accepted our request almost immediately. The place was just as described and was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Even though we booked with super short notice, there were still fresh flowers in the bedrooms and kitchen.

Elizabeth is a great host. This was our second time staying at this location. The house is as described, has everything you need and has wonderful beach access. Jacksonville Beach is a surprising gem we only recently discovered. We will be back! Perfectly housed my older parents on first level, and had the two rooms and two bathrooms upstairs.

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

We had the best time here. We had plenty of room for ourselves, our daughter, and grandkids. The townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. The ocean access and private pool was enjoyable and made it easy to swim every single day. There were lots of great places to eat and things to do nearby.

Quiet peaceful always checking to see if we needed anything. Definitely booking him for next family trip

Townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. Had 5 adults and all beds were very comfortable.

We had a great weekend here! Super close to the beach and had balconies to watch sunrise on. Tony and Yvette were very communicative and great at checking in with us. The place looks just like the photos and was super clean. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the swimming pool was close and a great way to cool off during a hot week! We spent our time at the Disney resorts, location was easy to navigate to and from. There is a Walmart just a mile away that has EVERYTHING Disney, we had items delivered also that worked out great! Lots of restaurants and shops near by! The hosts were amazing, friendly, responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The location was safe and convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. I would 100 percent stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Perfect for a quick Disney trip, only 15 minutes away it was the perfect location! Also perfect size for our family of 4.

We loved being so close to the parks and the ac was cold. It backs on to a small wildlife sanctuary so it was amazing. And the host’s were top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with just a short walk to the beach! Stephanie & Gary had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. If you're looking for a place that is close to the beach and the historic district then this is the place! You won't be disappointed.

Amazing trip as always, house is always in great condition and clean. Lots of toys, games and activities for the kids to do
