Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint Johns River

Rodrigo’s place was absolutely perfect for us. 2 adults 2 kids doing the Disney parks. 15 minutes from the parks, lots of shops, takeaways and restaurants super close. Property was as described and pictured. Location was ideal. Very quiet and peaceful. I am seriously struggling to fault it, if I was being super picky maybe some outside lights for the pool area at night would be good. Will come again on our return to Orlando for sure.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice and cozy place! Very clean and close to universal and epic universe! After a long day at the theme parks it was refreshing to arrive back to the Airbnb. 10/10

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Florence’s beachfront Airbnb in Daytona! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Florence was incredibly kind and responsive from the start - she made sure we were fully prepared for our stay and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her hospitality truly made our trip even more special. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again!

Laura’s place was very accommodating to our week trip to Disney World! Close to all of the parks as well as all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores surrounding! Cool AC, a hot shower and a cozy bed—hard to beat after a HOT day at any of the parks! Very responsive to messages and suggested lots of great recommendations! Definitely a “bang for your buck” at Laura’s place! Looking forward to referring all of our friends and planning our next trip soon! Thanks again, Laura and staff! 🙂

Sea winds was a great place to stay for a vacation. It was quiet and relaxing and the beach was really close too. The owners were responsive with any of our questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

It was an extraordinary, unique, innovative, cute, whimsical, and well designed place. It was different, fresh and captured the imagination…even had to have tea time! I would definitely recommend and show my family and friends! Thank you Linda for a great stay!

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.

It was a beautiful place to stay for my weeklong trip to Florida. It is very convenient to things in the area, with my many great restaurants and attractions within short distance. It had everything we needed, and was set up for a perfect vacation. Host was also amazing leaving many recommendations and ideas for things to do as well. Overall great stay, I would definitely recommend

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Had a great stay at Phil's place. The home was perfect for mother's day weekend. My daughter loved the pool. The home was clean! 10/10 recommend.

Home was beautiful! area was quite and close by of of attractions and restaurants. Only thing I advise is bringing extra wash towels, they are not provided. We went to Walmart which is literally right around the corner.

Place was amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Check in and check out were easy and host always responded very quickly to any messages! Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else! The house is also a lot bigger in person! Thanks again guys, I loved your place!

This home is just at pictured. Has everything you’ll need. Grill and propane being available on site were a very nice bonus. Hot tub and heated pool were fantastic after walking all day. Host was amazing and communication was very quick. Highly recommend this place and location

Great stay! Beautiful property on the lake. Would love to stay again sometime. Kayaks were a bonus! Cool to see the alligator cruising the cove!
