Rob and Julia were very responsive and everything was exactly as we had hoped. We love this location and will certainly be back!

Great location for anything in Daytona beach with plenty of amenities. Room was updated recently and was very clean. Robert was great to deal with prior to check in. Always prompt with his responses.

The place has everything and is smack in the middle of all the Disney magic. While the property was full of families and kids over the holiday week, the condo was amazingly quiet. Great all around!

I was a little hesitant before checking in because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I opened the door I was wowed by the nice decor, super cleanliness and all the amenities and comforts in the unit. The beds were very comfortable, a ton of drawer space and the unit itself was very roomy. We had plenty of towels, including pool towels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! The property is great if you come with kids. It’s huge! Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Resort communication was amazing; everyday I would receive a text with activities going on throughout the day. Property was in a perfect location! We booked this last minute and were so thankful it was available. Rob and Julia were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very nice. Will definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Frederick’s place! He’s very friendly and fast responsive host . Easy check in and out. Nice and cozy place. Well decorated! Well located and clean! Everything was wonderful! Just like the pictures. For Sure I’d recommend it!

The apartment was **impeccably clean** with a beautiful bathroom, and its spot right by the elevator was super convenient. While the building was under renovation from hurricane damage and the downstairs pools were closed, this absolutely didn't detract from the **spectacular balcony view**, a constant delight day or night. The location was fantastic. A Publix was right across the street, easily walkable, with other restaurants nearby. Beach access was super easy on the side of the building, even offering a shower to rinse off. All necessary appliances were provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. This was a **great place offering fantastic value**, thanks to a wonderful host and that breathtaking **balcony view**.

Rick's apartment was perfectly placed to explore the attractions of Orlando. The place itself was clean and decorated in a rock star style. Great pool for those days away from the parks. Would highly recommend Rick's place and we would certainly book again.
