Great little hideaway. Highly recommend. Will return if Des Moines is in our future plans.

I will definitely stay again! The house was located minutes from downtown, local restaurants and easy access to the interstate. He even had the little extras that made it even more special. Different personal hygiene products, snacks as a welcoming gift, coffee pods/creamer, popcorn etc. Every room had a ceiling fan and extra box fan. Beds were comfortable- the king is a memory foam and the 2 queens are more of a softer/ flexible mattress. We all slept great! We felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. We were even able to grill out right off the front of the deck. He was very responsive and accommodating!

I had a wonderful stay at Dallas’s Airbnb! From the start, Dallas was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the booking process smooth and easy. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. I appreciated the attention to detail for the checkin and out process. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would love to stay again!

Cool old place in a nice location. Quieter than the other downtown places I've stayed and less crowded street parking.

This place was a gem and a blast from the past. It's 60's theme is unique and fun. The apt is above a garage and was very peaceful and quiet. Sheryl's instructions were easy for finding and getting in and check it was even easier. The place is very clean and organized. Cute neighborhood and just a few block walk to their historic downtown. Only issue is that we didn't stay long enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for what I needed. Had family in town for graduation. Katie was wonderful at responding with any questions we had which wasn’t much. So close to Leon and my family was very comfortable and felt at home away from home. Thank you Katie!!

This is an older building and has the charms and drawbacks of the same. Very comfortable and clean, newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen with completely new HVAC so you can control your comfort. We found the neighborhood quiet and safe. If you want squeaky new hotelesque rental, this place is not for you but if you like interesting, comfort in a community setting, you'd do well here.

This was a great place to stay in downtown Des Moines. It was close to the Civic Center where we saw Hamilton, and had a variety of restaurants and activities within walking distance. And don't forget the Hy-Vee that was just down the street. We never needed the car during our 2 night stay. The apartment was roomy and exceptionally clean. The view from the living room window included the river, plaza and Civic Center - really beautiful! Mac had lots of thoughtful extras like toothpaste, floss, coffee, and simple check-out procedures. He was a very responsive host. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks, Mac!

After a long trip into Des Moines we easily found a parking place, and with the instructions pretty much just walked right into the apartment with no effort at all. The apartment was awesome! Simple retro furnishings combined with the industrial construction gave the place just the right vibe to relax in and just felt, 'right'. Any time I thought I needed something, I opened a cabinet or looked in a closet, and there it was. And the view of downtown... wow. Everything else - parking was easy and felt safe. The apartment was right there after coming in - no long walks. Just a short walk down the hill and across the beautiful bridge to downtown. Lots of night life and great food just a few blocks away, yet distant enough that no noise followed you home. Looking forward to the next time I can take Diego up on his hospitality! Cheers!

I was well pleased with this place. I was there for three days for a work assignment assignment. It had everything I needed. If I was back in the area, I would rent it again. The owner was responsive to me when I reached out.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was about one mile from Jordan Creek Mall. the apartment was very clean and spacious enough for blow up mattress in the living room. The apartment overlooked the pool on the ground level. There are a lot of restaurants, Top golf, Movie theatre and the mall. We went to Smash Park and played all kinds of games from Pickleball to Baggo/Washers. We would definitely be willing to stay here in the future. Michelle from Ofallon, MO.

We had a lovely stay at Lisa’s apartment. I knew that it had three bedrooms upon booking but the extra office was a nice surprise that I either missed or forgot about (so my infant in a pack n play could have her own room too). The place was clean and well kept and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, it was a very lovely stay and we are thankful for how it met all our needs and beyond. We had kiddos with us and had to move a few decor items up during our stay so that they didn’t get broken, but otherwise it was a kid friendly space. The walking trials and ponds were great as well!

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

This apartment is very clean and in a fairly new complex. It is close to Iowa State and downtown Ames. There is a large convenient store directly across the street for any late night needs. The price was comparable to a hotel room with way more to offer. When we come back to Iowa State to visit we will stay here again.

We had such a great stay! The property was beautiful and very quiet/low key. It was a great neighborhood that was close to almost everything! Jake was super helpful in recommending places to go out and was quick in his responses!! 10/10 would recommend:)

This is my second stay with Sleepover in this building. The unit was spotless, quiet, and comfortable as always and the host is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
