The spacious (24 m²) south/east room in our B&B La Scala includes a private bathroom on the floor. A fantastic roof terrace with a view invites you to enjoy aperitifs at sunset. For breakfast, we will spoil you with all kinds of homemade and regional (mainly organic) delicacies. In our small library you will find numerous tips on the surroundings, books and games. You can also make tea, read a book or watch the village scenes on the adjoining balcony.

Centrally & quietly located Bavarian guest house

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Our old Austrian house in the traditional Austrian Village of Pettneu is located 10 minutes from the international area of St Anton. This room is located on the top floor in the corner and the view is east. It is perfectly comfortable for 2 people, and has a separate bathroom with shower (by this I mean En Suite) We provide a daily breakfast between 0730 and 0900.
