Welcome to Karterud, a small neighborhood on the Segerstad Peninsula. The house is located amidst ecological fields, surrounded by berries and mushrooms in summer and autumn. It takes a 12 minute walk to get to the Vänern lake where you can take a swim. The house has its own water well and heatpump. In the Segerstad area you can find many historical find locations which go back to the stone age and later. This indicates people inhabiting this area for a long time with it’s productive land.

We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Welcome to this beautiful and modern semi-detached house. Here you live just 100 meters from Vänern's beach in a scenic environment. Enjoy swimming, fishing and forest walks right at your doorstep. A smaller marina is available with a launching ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, but they are available to rent. Cozy cottage on the outskirts of Borgvik

Stay in our little cottage in our courtyard and enjoy the countryside a little outside Borgvik. Take a walk in the woods, let the kids play outside the house, or borrow a bike and take a trip to more central parts of Borgvik or to the swimming area. There is a lot here and it is developing as time goes by.
