My summer house here in Sweden is a charming little red "Stuga" in a quiet location in a little village called Fengersfors, about 170 km north of Gothenburg. The house has a large garden. The rooms are all decorated with furniture from the 40s to 70s. Dalsland's most beautiful lake and coolest cultural center are just a stone's throw away. It is a small paradise in the midst of fantastic forests and lakes and close to culture and service. The canoe guests can use for free. 2 bikes for rent.

A 1926 build summer cottage that has been carefully renovated. Very peaceful surrounding with meadows and forest. A private property where you can explore nature and spend time to recharge yourself. The cottage has newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. It has two bedrooms on different floors. Specious garden to play. In 10 kilometers radius you can find two restaurants, local shop and cafes. Nearest beach is approximately 2 kilometer from the house. Many cycling and walking paths near around.

Maybe you are lucky to see the spectacular mooses from the window. The perfect place to relax!

Nyproducerad villa 2022 på 140 kvm med två sovrum och upp till 6 sängplatser men vid förfrågan kan vi lösa upp till 12 platser. Stor trädgård med uteplats, grill och uppvärmd jacuzzi. Precis intill huset ligger Knappstadsvikens naturreservat som bjuder på vackra vandringsleder med grillplatser och utkikstorn. Ni som har elbil har tillgång till elbilsladdare. Nära till stan i Karlstad (ca 5km). Busshållsplats finns i närheten.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.

It comes with bed linen, towels, and a cosy living room with a kitchenette fully equipped for cooking. Electric heating ensures comfort, and you can also use a washing machine and dryer by arrangement, located in the owner's residence. A great spot for a relaxing getaway!

The speed is more than sufficient for home office. There is a TV with German programs.
