Close to a bus stop, electric scooters available for rent on the street outside, boat bus in summer. Free parking. Bikes. 2 km to central Karlstad, 2 km to Bergvik shopping center. Central Hospital 1 km. Swimming spots in Lake Vänern include Bomstad, Skutberget, and Gbgudden. Coop and ICA. A few meters to swimming in the Klarälven River. Grill, garden access.

Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Relax, swim, fish, hike or why not make an exciting excursion in the area? The cottages are located on the edge of the forest above beaches and cliffs where you have a mile-wide view of all of Lake Vänern's islets and skerries. Cool off in the lake after a lovely forest walk or relax with a paddle ride in the mirror-like water.

In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Modern - built in 2018, year-round city, with most amenities. Summer time access to a gazebo on the property if you want a little more space for socializing. Hike in the beautiful surroundings, run on Kilenegården's nice exercise track, bike or maybe rent a paddleboard.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Cozy and spacious cottage from 1928 in the countryside of Tveta. The cottage is nicely modernized with a good kitchen, water toilet and stove and has an airy plot with berry bushes and fruit trees. Here you are close to mushroom and berry forests, swimming in Lake Vänern (ten minutes by car) and your own sauna. Only ten minutes by car to a large grocery store and Säffle with cafes and shops.
