Herrestad is like a green oasis in the middle of an agricultural area and close to Sweden's largest freshwater lake. Wildlife is abundant, both in terms of birdlife and deer. Often you can see both deer and elk in the garden. Now life out in nature has also been expanded with wild boars. In the spring, the beautiful apple trees bloom and the houses are surrounded by several different kinds of beautiful deciduous trees.

Next to the house, a river flows, and a grocery store is within a few minutes. Since the house is located near the center, there is also a walking path and some traffic nearby. Jetty with berth is available if you have a boat. If you want to look around, there is a farm shop nearby and at the end of Värmlandsnäs, the pleasant Ekenäs with restaurant and boat trips to Lurö.

The villa offers a peaceful and unique experience in Swedish nature, only a few hundred meters from the lake, and surrounded by wildlife and forests. The home comes with a rowing boat that visitors can lend for excursions in lake Vänern. This part of Värmland is well known for its interesting cultural history with many archaeological funds and 5 medieval churches.

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Shower, toilet, bathtub and sauna. Less than 1 km from the house is Bomstadsbadens camping.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Lake nebols Herrgård is surrounded by beautiful nature. Next to the farm grazing sheep and the forest is right next door. At the back of the mansion there is a covered patio as well as a large lawn where no transparency is available. It is easy to get to the manor which is only about 1 mile from the E45. It's paved all the way to the front except the last 200 meters.
