Less than 100 meters to lovely swimming in Lake Vänern with both a jetty and a small sandy beach. Nice grassy areas around the house for play and relaxing. Jetty with berth is available if you have a boat. If you want to look around, there is a farm shop nearby and at the end of Värmlandsnäs, the pleasant Ekenäs with restaurant and boat trips to Lurö.

Cottage by the lake - with 16 beds

Nice cottage with 15+ beds, very close to a beautiful lake with a small pier and 3 small boats. Inside the main house we have sattelite-tv, DVD player, a very large stove and 2 separate bathrooms. Together with the guest house we have a total of 6 bedrooms. Outside you will find a large lawn with lots of garden furniture, as well as a nice pavilion. On the lawn you can play football or do other outdoor activities. You must remember to bring your own towels linens.

Cabin in Åmål Hammaren

Older house from 1909 in Åmål with a summer cottage feel and a lonely and peaceful lush location without neighbors, like living in the countryside but still close to central Åmål. You will have the whole house for yourselves and about 10-15 minutes' walk. A little water in the form of a river next to the house and a few minutes to the grocery store and close to the walkway and busy road as it is pretty close to the city center. The house is undergoing minor repairs

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly-built unique accommodation, my home, is located in the heart of Värmland. Fantastic views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the pasture that you have to go through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. The boat is a little worn but works. Good fishing.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

Här bor du fridfullt och rymligt med skog och sjö nära. Gården Herrestad är omgiven av fornämningar då bygden bebotts under många tusen år. Herrestad ligger som en grön oas mitt i en lantbruksbygd och nära Sveriges största sötvattensjö. Djurlivet är rikt, både när det gäller fågelliv och hjortdjur. Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden.

An old house with new life

The house was built in the 1940s as a restaurant owner's residence. The restaurant is located alongside the house and mainly takes bookings from Asian travel agencies. It has 3 bed rooms and take up to 8 guests. The inside was totally renovated in recent years. The house is only 200 meters away from the highway E18 but very quiet to stay. The nearest bus stop is 200 meters away and Karlstad is 20km away.

Sjönnebols Herrgård är omgiven av vacker natur. Bredvid gården betar får och skogen ligger precis intill. På baksidan av herrgården finns en uteplats under tak samt stor gräsmatta där ingen insyn finns. Det är enkelt att ta sig till herrgården som endast ligger ca 1 mil från E45:an. Det är asfalterat hela vägen fram utom de sista 200 metrarna.

Vårt stora nyrenoverade enplanshus på Romstad, ett av Karlstads härligaste villaområden, har promenadavstånd till centrum, Klarälven med bad och båtbuss samt grönområden. Du kan avnjuta eftermiddagssolen på altanen och varför inte avsluta kvällen i vår nybyggda bastu. Ett boende som passar de flesta gäster.

This house is topmodern and was built in 2014, it is 25meters to lake Vänern. Take a walk around i the Swedish forrest! In the forrest you can pick wild blueberrys, raspberries and muchrooms in the summertime. It's also possible to try your luck in fishing.
