Our 2BD/2BA welcoming home sleeps 5-7 people (3 or 4 adults + kids is optimal). The living room, dining nook & kitchen are an open floor plan, allowing for gatherings and making memories. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking equipment. On the front deck we have a gas BBQ, deck chairs and an outdoor table. We are located 5 min walking distance to the downtown Inverness ,local restaurants like Saltwater and Vladimir’s . Close by hiking trails ,beaches and blue kayaking rental. The place is perfect for couples,singles or family with a child. We have also additional rentals on property ,please ask if you are interested. Single nights OK !

Sleepy Bear Chalet is an upscale getaway. Located in the highly desirable vacation community of Lakemont Pines. Lakemont Pines is unique as it provides a private lake(10 min walk ),offers a sandy beach, roped off swimming area, paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boats, floating tubes of all shapes, sand toys, snack shack, and games/ activities. During summer month, HOA requires daily lake access fee $8 for each guest ( 3 and under are free). Guest will pay the fee to HOA directly at the lake.

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything.
