Russian River vacation rentals

My family had a great experience. They all felt at home and loved the area. They also loved how quick it was to get down to the river. The house had plenty of space for all of us and sleeping arrangements were prefect. For the adults we really enjoyed the bar area and outdoor patio it was a prefect area for us to relax after a long car ride. I can’t forget to mention the hot tub a prefect way to relax.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

Kelly's place was great for our family Thanksgiving getaway. Sunsets were great over the river, and every afternoon several deer visited the backyard. The hot tub was a great benefit after a hike up the Islands in the Sky trail. Kelly was attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. I just wish there were more pictures posted of the courtyard/grounds as it was difficult to gauge how far the separate areas were spaced out (each sleeping area had its own entrance). But it worked well for our group, and overall we had a great time and will definitely keep Kelly's place in mind for future trips!

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? The view looking out into the woods and river from the living room is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in late April and it was a bit rainy so it wasn’t feasible to enjoy the river, but the location more than made up for it. The proximity to Armstrong Redwoods, Jenner, and several charming nearby towns made for a perfect mix of hiking, beach walks, and exploring local spots.

A great place for families - lots of kid books and toys. Very well stocked kitchen! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for three guests. Really nice hot tub although a little loud. Very reasonable walk to river spots but narrow so be prepared to navigate a little if you have a stroller or wagon!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. The pool was a lovely spot to relax, and being able to walk through the surrounding vineyards made the experience feel extra special. Everything was thoughtfully documented, which made it easy to settle in and explore. The host’s recommendations were very helpful and much appreciated.

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was such a dream. It was the perfect get away from the city, only an hour and a half from SF. The hot tub was a nice treat and the space was so airy and spacious. The projector was a nice addition to get cozy up to end the evening. The space just made us feel so zen and happy. The loft area is 3 beds in an open ish space, and there are 2 private bedroom downstairs. It was perfect for our group as we were a group of girls so we all just slept upstairs. Perfect for a giant girls sleepover. I’d highly recommend this space!

Absolutely stunning property. You'll find everything you need in the home. The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to prepare any kind of dish should you want to stay in a cook, and eat outside to view the stunning surroundings. Great location for restaurants, hikes, shopping, etc. River access is a huge plus for warmer months. Loved everything about this place.

We had a really nice stay. It was so unique to be staying adjacent to a working vineyard. Surroundings were beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were so enjoyable. Splurge on the extra pool heating cost, to really make the most of it. The host was proactive about maintenance around the pool area and communicated that, as well as answered our follow up questions in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home filled with beautiful artwork and creative touches that gives it a ton of personality. Every room has it's own charm as well as access to the garden-like outdoors. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful setting. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely will be back. We were in a bind when the water went out and needing somewhere to stay that day. They allowed us immediate access to the property so that we could shower and clean up. This home is so perfect and a very relaxing place to be. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk in closet. Mattresses were definitely the nicest I’ve ever sleep in at an Airbnb. The kitchen is fully stocked, even has an espresso machine. The deck is very privet, has a patio dinning table and lots of seating. 15 minutes from wineries and 10 minutes from Safeway. We can’t wait to come back.

This super cool spot is perfect for the family angler. They have great bass fishing, as well as catfish and bluegill fishing. There’s a dock and boat launch for kayaks and paddleboards. The spacious and beautiful house inside is very clean and well-furnished. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for spending family time outdoors and just hanging out. Over all it’s was a wonderful stay and would have no problem booking again

The location for a multi family long weekend was perfect! We all had our own indoor space and the outdoor living area was amazing! The home was very inviting and worked well for our group of 8 adults.

Amazing location right by the lakeside and a beautiful well-equipped house. We could see ducks and swans coming out of the water onto the backyard right from the dining table! Would love to come here again. Thanks for being a great host, Barbara.

The air bnb was comfortable, the host was thoughtful, and I would a million times over recommend staying here. This air bnb was walking distance from the beach and I also got to see wildlife! Saw a few California quails and a fox all while sitting on the day bed in the kitchen. Mary was very communicative and it’s obvious how much she cares about her guests’ experience.

This was our second time staying at Red Door Retreat and we had another great visit. As before everything was exactly as pictured and described. Checkin was very smooth and communication with Brett was great. We particularly enjoyed the several nice outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Quiet setting but short drive to local attractions and Guerneville town center. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Rustic High Tide Cottage! This place is a dream for nature lovers! The location is perfect for hiking and kayaking—so much to explore right from the doorstep. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing beneath you is pure magic. We woke up to beautiful natural light streaming in every morning, and even got the occasional friendly moo from nearby cows—such a charming touch! The host was thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

A charming stay under a redwood tree nestled in a garden oasis, with beautiful patio, comfy bed, and an outdoor kitchen & bath that was heaven on earth. A truly unique experience to bathe under the stars and enjoy morning coffee by the fire pit. A wonderful redwood trail not far from the property (Grove of Old Trees) was a perfect compliment to our stay at The Perch!

This Airbnb was a great home base - extremely well furnished, clean, and a beautiful setup with lovely outdoor space. We were thrilled with our choice and had so much fun watching our kids explore the backyard while we lounged and took in the trees.

1083 Guest House is Awesome!! Beautiful location, extremely nice and comfortable home, close to town but in the woods surrounded by redwoods, very friendly and accommodating hosts.
