It is the ideal starting point for over 300 km of hiking trails and alpine climbs in the Rauris Valley – one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and proximity to nature – perfect for a relaxing break or an active vacation in the mountains.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
