Three of the four rooms each have their own exits directly to the terraces and the large garden with the impressive panorama of the Saalfeld basin and the surrounding mountain ranges. The 700 m² garden invites you to linger and enjoy barbecues on mild summer nights. Parking spaces are available.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
