If you look over the Bülten you can see the Borner Mühle and the Ahrenshooper harbor on good days. In 25 minutes you are at the Baltic Sea beach by car.

Fischland-Darß-Zingst with its beautiful Baltic beaches can be reached in 25 minutes. Places like Ahrenshoop and the port cities of Stralsund and Rostock offer you great sights, museums and shops.

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. With your own canoe or stand up paddle you can explore the surroundings. Of course, you can also fish at the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
